High speed PIN Photodiode chip

Chips 4 Light detector series is designed for high perfor-
mance consumer applications. This chip is a high sensitive
and high speed PIN photodiode chip with 1.0 mm² sensi-
tive area and with a peak sensitivity at 850 nm. Anode is
the bond pad on top of the chip
