MDB - Modular Distribution Box
The AIXONTEC Modular Distribution Box (MDB) is a unique multimedia solution to realize a high quality cabling solution on a DIN rail. The robust metal housing, with a material thickness of 1.5mm, can also be used for mounting on a wall, table or other surface. The MDB modular distribution box is available in standard (up to 48 fibers/12-port copper modules) and MDB-Compact (1/2-port keystone) versions. The system can be modularly equipped with a variety of different connection technologies. The modular distribution box has many different front panels which are exchangeable and can be easily unscrewed from the box. Due to the own production of our MDB product line a constant spare parts supply is possible by short delivery times.
AIXONTEC M12/20 PRO
M12/20 X-coded circular connector with a removable color ring With our M12/20 type, AIXONTEC offers a unique, high-quality M12 overmolding with a 20 mm screw ring, which is naturally manufactured and overmolded in Germany. The X-coded M12/20 connector makes it easier to screw and unscrew the connector on-site, even with gloves. The removable coloured ring has been designed to ensure that the locking mechanism of the X-coded female connector fits perfectly with the male connector.

AIXONTEC M12/20 MUD PRO
The increasing use of circular connectors for stable Ethernet connections in industry led to the development of the M12/20 MUD-PRO. The X-coded circular connector with 20 mm screw ring makes it easier to screw the connector on and off with gloves in industrial environments. The circular connector is protected against water and vibration and offers a long service life thanks to the special processing and overmoulding in Germany. The M12/20 MUD-PRO patch cable is designed for industrial automation and high-speed data transmission up to 10 GbE between machines and control units, in production, chemical plants, off shore and the oil and gas industry. The Industrial Ethernet data cable AIXONTEC MUD-PRO, with a special outer sheath is water, UV, oil and chemicals resistant and is also flame-retardant.

Innovative circular connector design The solid and innovative design of the AIXONTEC M12 connector stands out with its ergonomic shape, allowing for a better grip. Thanks to its specialized design, the connector can be plugged and unplugged with high precision and minimal pressure. In our facility in Germany, the M12 connectors are overmolded and can be produced in a variety of colors and combinations. The injection molding and soldering process enhances protection of the contacts against torsion, vibration, and movement.

The HIGH SCREEN FLEX product line is a registered trademark of AIXONTEC GmbH for high-quality Industrial Ethernet data and signal cables. The product line was developed to provide cables and connector systems for harsh industrial applications with special requirements such as temperature, water, UV and oil resistance as well as motion applications. The HIGH SCREEN FLEX data and signal cables with special outer sheath and core insulation materials offer high electromagnetic and mechanical properties for signal and data transmission in harsh industrial environments and outdoor applications. Our product range offers standard products that can already be used for many applications, but our strength remains the development of cable and connector systems according to customer-specific requirements. The products of the AIXONTEC HIGH SCREEN FLEX series support our customers through the development of industrial automation 4.0 and digitalization processes.
TIGERConn
AIXONTEC TIGERConn is a heavy duty connector used for industrial applications such as oil and gas industries, wind energy, railway, automation and mechanical engineering. The high-quality connector offers an easy and secured assembly through an integrated clip lock. The connector system can achieve protection class IP67 in plugged condition. The core of TIGERConn consists of a shielded Cat.6A RJ45 coupling module and RJ45 plug, which ensures secure 10GbE/Class EA data transmissions.
HIGH SCREEN FLEX MUD PRO - ECE R118 Approved
HIGH SCREEN FLEX MUD PRO ECE R118 Approved – Ethernet Cat 7, 10 Gb/s The AIXONTEC HIGH SCREEN FLEX MUD PRO is a highly shielded CAT7 S/FTP industrial Ethernet cable that has been successfully tested according to the European ECE R118 standard. It therefore meets the highest requirements for fire protection and passenger safety in transport vehicles such as buses and coaches. The special MUD outer jacket provides the cable with exceptional flexibility while making it extremely resistant to water, UV radiation, oil, chemicals, and fire. Thanks to its abrasion resistance, it is ideally suited for demanding continuous use in confined installation spaces with high mechanical stress.
RFID Label Anti-Metal
Do you know the problem? Conventional labels on metal housings are often hard to recognize, or the serial number isn’t readily available when needed. As a result, users in service or troubleshooting situations often cannot contact the manufacturer right away because the required number is missing. In addition, standard RFID tags cannot be read on metallic surfaces. Similarly, QR codes can lose their readability due to wear, dirt, or scratches. With the AIXONTEC GmbH RFID Anti-Metal Labels (16 × 20 mm), these issues are a thing of the past. The label can be applied directly to metal housings and enables the storage of serial numbers as well as additional data, which can be reliably read using a smartphone or #NFC reader. The striking yellow color ensures high visibility and makes it easy to locate quickly. Thanks to its strong adhesive, the label remains securely in place even in demanding environments.
