Return Stop
Prevent rebound of the workpiece carrier Backstops prevent the workpiece carrier from bouncing back after the stop process and can therefore hold the workpiece carrier exactly where you want it. Our backstops are also suitable for blocking the material flow against the specified conveying direction. Predominantly installed in combination with our undamped stoppers/separators. Recommended for use in transfer systems with low belt friction. Spring-loaded pawl. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Position detection
Different switch brackets and position detections are available for the workpiece carrier detection and for area monitoring in transfer systems. Switch brackets are available as an accessory for many stop module types. The switch bracket used to hold inductive proximity switches M12x1, for inquiry of workpiece carrier position. For the navigation of the workpiece carrier in a transfer system it is important to know whether a workpiece carrier is present at the stop gate and how many workpiece carriers are piled up at the stop module. If a stop module lowers and releases the workpiece carrier, it is important to know when the stop module can rise up into the upper blocking position again to stop the next workpiece carriers. All these queries can be done with proximity switches, mounted in the switch brackets. With the position detection ASW a region of a conveyor path is queried. When a workpiece carrier is in contact with the ASW, an inductive proximity switch M12x1 is actuated. The workpiece carrier actuates the ASW through its geometric shape. The position detection ASW usually is used after lift-transverse units.

Positioning unit
Positioning, lifting and indexing the workpiece carrier The fastest and most precise of their kind: stroke positioning units for exact, vertical lifting and indexing of workpiece carriers. Attachment of electronic switches in T-slots, which signal the upper and lower position. Hole for attaching variable indexing bolts, depending on the application and workpiece carrier. The indexing function is pneumatic. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Accelerator Module
Accelerate workpiece carrier after a stop Acceleration modules accelerate the workpiece carrier to the conveyor speed immediately after a stop process. The cycle time is reduced enormously by shortening the time between the machining cycles. The workpiece to be processed leaves the processing station faster and the next processing cycle can start earlier. Most efficient in combination with ASUTEC damping modules: after the soft stop, the acceleration module starts in precise coordination while the workpiece carrier is still being released. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Corner Stop Module
Stopping the workpiece carrier for a change of direction Corner dampers gently cushion the workpiece pallet and take over the infeed and outfeed of the workpiece pallets from a transverse to a longitudinal section and vice versa. Corner dampers are usually used when there are shock-sensitive products on the workpiece carriers and a smooth transfer must be ensured. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Stop Module for roller conveyor system
Stop Module for roller conveyor system with a special design for roller conveyor systems. Through the particularly narrow design specially developed by ASUTEC, the stoppers for roller conveyor systems fit perfectly into the confined installation space between the rollers. The new concept developed by ASUTEC with extreme stability and high resistance to soiling of the stoppers, high conveying speeds and dynamic acceleration after the stopping process enable short cycle times. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Stop Module High-Speed
Stop Module High-Speed especially for very high speeds and high workpiece loads. The decision is up to the user: higher masses can be transported at the same speed or higher speeds can be achieved with the same mass. The optimized damping system of the ASMHS* series therefore more than meets the requirements of fast, flexible production. Damping modules are used to dampen the impact of incoming workpiece carriers without vibration right up to the end position. They guarantee optimum position stability of the workpieces. The stop remains in the end position without counterforce, resulting in very precise positioning without additional indexing. The pneumatic damping can be infinitely adjusted to the workpiece pallet weight. Fastening options for proximity switches are available for inductive monitoring of whether a workpiece pallet is in contact with the stopper or has passed it. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Stop Modul without damping
Stop Modul without damping for fast transport paths, short stopping times and high demands. Stops one or more moving workpiece carriers at the defined workpiece carrier stop plate in transfer systems (e.g. Bosch Rexroth TS2). The upper and lower position of the stop can be queried using inductive or electronic proximity switches. The lowering speed or the raising of the stop to the starting position can be adjusted by a throttle. Separation is therefore quiet. Available in pneumatic and electric versions.

Stop Module with damping
Stop Modules with damping for fast, precise and gentle positioning of the workpiece carriers. Asutec Stop Modules cushion incoming workpiece carriers vibration-free up to the end position. They guarantee optimum position stability for the workpieces. The stop remains in the end position without counterforce. This means that workpiece carriers can be positioned very precisely without additional indexing. The pneumatic damping can be infinitely adjusted to the workpiece pallet weight.

Stop Module
Even though we are the specialist in stopping, we never stop – since our invention of the proven stopper in 1990 and the beginning of our success story, we have been constantly developing it further. The Stop Module – or also known as the separator – is characterized by its diversity: whether Stop Modules with damping or without damping, pneumatic or electric, our Stop Modules stop the workpiece with the highest precision for a wide variety of loads, speeds and conveying media. In a damped version, one or more workpiece carriers are stopped particularly gently and without vibration. The workpiece carrier is released for further transport by lowering the stop. Our variants are particularly in demand in the high-speed range and for roller conveyor systems that have a particularly slim design.
