Metrix DPS System
The Digital Proximity Systems (DPS) devices are used for early detection and warning of machine problems as a prerequisite for downstream diagnostics and preventive maintenance. The eddy current probes of the MX8030 and MX2030 series are characterized by their outstanding precision in signal generation and their robust design for long-term use. With the help of the MX2034 transmitter (4..20mA) and the MX2033 probe driver (3-wire), the probe signal is continuously evaluated and a configurable output signal is generated for machine control. The devices are used in new plants as well as in service and retrofit applications. They are particularly suitable as 1:1 replacements for devices from other manufacturers and are designed for special applications.
Signal conditioner and converter SW5580
Application fields The 5580 is a configurable signal conditioner with monitor function for cost-effective continuous machine monitoring. It is designed to receive signals from seismic velocity sensors, accelerometers, or eddy current sensors (proximity) and generates a 4...20 mA output signal proportional to the measured variable. To complement the 5580, the SW5580 includes solid-state contacts (SPST) or optional floating relay contacts (SPDT).
Seismic vibration transmitter ST5484E
Reliable machine monitoring (e.g. housing vibrations caused by imbalances) is ensured by a highly sensitive, low-noise and robust sensor technology. The M8, M10, ¼", ⅜" or ½" screw connections of the sensor allow machine-specific and reliable mounting, which is also possible in hard-to-reach places. Continuous machine monitoring is performed via the integrated 4 ... 20 mA current interface for central monitoring. The raw signal output ('Dynamic Signal') is available for 'real-time' evaluations or diagnosis of the vibration signals.
High temp. vibration transmitter 5485C
The seismic sensor Type 5485C is characterized by its extremely temperature-resistant design. Even in applications with temperatures of up to 375°C, this transducer operates continuously and returns the velocity signal of housing vibrations to the control unit or control station.

Vibration sensor SA6200A
Reliable and API670-compliant machine monitoring (e.g. housing vibrations caused by imbalances) is ensured by a highly sensitive, low-noise, temperature-stabilized and robust sensor technology. The sensor's 1/4-28 UNF, 1/4-20 UNC or M6 x 1.0 screw connections allow machine-specific and reliable mounting, even in hard-to-reach places. Continuous machine monitoring is provided via the sensor output (100 mV/g) for centralized or decentralized monitoring (e.g. Metrix Signal Conditioner 5580/SW5580).
Vibration switch 5550
The models 5550 and 5550G Mechanical Switch provide basic, economical vibration protection through a simple and highly reliable spring-mass mechanism. The presence of sufficient vibration along the switch's sensitive axis triggers a change in state. This enables automatic machine shutdown or alarming. To restart the switch, it must be reset locally by means of a reset button (5550 only) or by applying an electrical voltage (standard for 5550G, opt. for 5550). A built-in switch-on delay suppresses tripping during start-up.

Monitor Datawatch IX
Reliable machine monitoring requires information regarding early warning, alarm status as well as local display of measured values and remote connectivity. The Model AM3030 Alarm Monitor is a three-color bargraph display with numeric readout. It provides transmitter excitation and up to 4 programmable trip points in a neat 1/8 DIN housing. This alarm monitor complements the Metrix line of vibration transmitters by combining excitation, display and protection in a single compact enclosure. Analog and serial feedback is available. The AM3030 accepts 4...20 mA current inputs. It is configured using the 5 buttons on the front panel. The green, yellow and red LED bargraph display can be configured as a dot or bar graph display and can be programmed for single or tri-color display with change on alarm or change by zone.

Handheld tachometer multifunctional HT-5500
For sporadic speed measurement on a rotating shaft, mobile speed measuring devices are used. The HT-5500 device includes both: For contact measurement, direct mechanical contact to the contact tip of the encoder is required. For non-contact, optical measurement, reflective marks are bonded to the rotating shaft. The device allows measurements from 6...99999 rpm.
