Products & services

ACOPOS M4
ACOPOS M4 represents what happens when our passion for precision meets our drive for progress. It opens the door to new levels of collaboration, efficiency, and intelligence in automation. The ACOPOS M4 motion system is one of the first to embody this new generation of B&R Motion Technology and redefines high-performance motion control for modern manufacturing. It combines outstanding precision and power with a compact and scalable design. The system is empowered with built-in intelligence, enabling predictive maintenance and providing OPC UA FX connectivity as the first OPC UA FX-ready motion system. Factbox: High scalability (1 – 200 kW / 1,9 – 315 A) High power density Inverter modules up to 4 axis per device Open, secure and fast communication Sustainable and energy efficient Predictive maintenance features

ACOPOS X2 & ACOPOS X4
ACOPOS X2 – Smart, safe, and versatile. ACOPOS X4 – Controls four servo motors from a single device. Eggelsberg – B&R, ABB’s Machine Automation Division welcomes two new modules to their ACOPOS family: the ACOPOS X2 and ACOPOS X4, providing machine builders with more options within a compact package. Both modules plug into the slice-based X20 system and increase the system’s versatility by providing support for different motor and encoder types from the same module.

ACOPOStrak
Flexible transport system for maximum efficiency ACOPOStrak is a modular transport system based on a long-stator linear motor that enables flexible and precise movement of individual shuttles within production lines. Shuttles can move independently, be grouped or synchronized – with built-in collision avoidance and seamless process integration across multiple stations. High-speed diverters allow product flows to merge and split without any loss of speed. The fully enclosed design (IP69K) makes it suitable for even the most demanding environments. With intuitive visual programming and comprehensive simulation, the entire system layout can be developed and tested in advance on a PC – eliminating the need for hardware testing and significantly speeding up commissioning. ACOPOStrak is compatible with the entire motion and mechatronics portfolio from B&R and is especially well suited for applications involving a wide variety of products.

APC50A
The Automation PC 50A sets a new benchmark in terms of power and innovation. Designed for demanding applications that process large volumes of data, it stands at the forefront of the B&R PC portfolio as the ultimate high-end solution. As industrial automation becomes increasingly complex, the technologies and products used for controlling, monitoring and executing processes must also become more sophisticated. State-of-the-art technology forms the foundation of the Automation PC 50A, which is specifically engineered for long-term use in industrial environments. It delivers reliable performance for today's applications while also providing a stable platform for future innovations – such as in the fields of artificial intelligence or data-driven processes.

Power Panel C650
The Power Panel C650 from B&R Industrial Automation is a high-performance Human-Machine-Interface (HMI), optimized for applications where cost and resource management are high priorities. It delivers advanced functionality and responsiveness systems that may not require or support high end hardware. This makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial use cases that require simplicity, usability and performance. Eggelsberg/Nuremberg - As well as offering faster processing and smoother graphics, the Power Panel C650 provides multiple communication options in every panel size and supports modern interfaces such as OPC UA FX, as well as Powerlink, X2X and CAN. In this way, the Power Panel C650 closes the gap between legacy panels and modern performance needs. Like all products in the Power Panel range, the C650 incorporates Automation Runtime in a single device. Automation Runtime is a powerful software kernel that runs machine-centric applications on B&R hardware. Functioning both as a real-time operating system and an industrial controller offers a variety of benefits, especially for small-to medium-scale automation projects. It is more cost-effective and efficient compared to using separate components and thus can lead to lower hardware costs and reduced installation costs. Our new Power Panel C650 combines high-performance control and HMI in one sleek device, delivering faster processing, scalable design, and a premium user experience for cost-efficient industrial automation,” said Serdar Aysu, Product Manager Industrial PCs and Panels at B&R Industrial Automation.
