Pressure tanks PT 2 – Pressure vessels for dosing systems
The PT 2 pressure tank from DAV Tech is a reliable, high-quality container designed to supply dosing and conveying systems with fluids at a constant and adjustable pressure. The PT 2 is part of the PT series and is available in several capacities (2 l, 5 l, 10 l, 16 l), allowing it to be flexibly adapted to the needs of any dosing application. The tank is particularly suitable for conveying low- to medium-viscosity media, such as oils, anaerobic adhesives, cyanoacrylates, NLGI 000-00-0 greases, or self-leveling resins. Its pressurized operation ensures a consistent and stable material feed—even with varying viscosities or fluctuating demand rates. The PT 2 features a 3 mm thick stainless steel container with a satin finish on the inside and a mirror-polished exterior. The lid, made of 15 mm thick anodized aluminum, ensures tightness and durability. A safety pressure relief valve is factory calibrated to 5 bar, and the pressure regulator with integrated pressure gauge allows for fine adjustment of the discharge pressure.
