GN 20 Levelling feet, Hygienic Design
Leveling feet GN 20 without mounting holes comply with the guidelines of the 3-A sanitary standard 88-01 and the DGUV testing principles, making them suitable for use in hygienic areas. Leveling feet GN 20 with mounting holes comply with the guidelines of the EHEDG, the 3-A sanitary standard 88-01 and the DGUV testing principles, making them extremely suitable for use in hygienic areas. The bottom seal (Type A) protects the area beneath the foot plate from dirt. For this, the foot must be pressed down by the weight of the machine. CFM-PC Hinges with integrated electric cable
The CFM-PC hinge integrates the function of a simple hinge with the possibility of passing electric current from a jamb to the attached door. It eliminates the presence of exposed and unsightly cables and "cable gland" bridges. Protects cables during door or structure movement, ensuring they do not get damaged or caught on any obstacles. Suitable for portable or laboratory testing equipment that is frequently moved. The compact size, various mounting and cable output options make this product easy to install. The 8-pin cable allows the user to interface with various devices such as light points, electric locks, and any handles with electrical switch. The CFM-PC hinge can be combined with one or more complementary hinges CFM-PCN or handles with electrical switch EBR-SWM, EBR-SWB and M.2000-SWM. In case of horizontal door opening or of a limited weight it is possible to use one hinge only. Minimum bending radius of external cables 30 mm.

GN 7580 Precision Hinges
Precision hinges GN 7580 supply a pivoting movement to elements such as swing arms, spacers and clamping plates. The wear-resistant precision hinges feature low radial play and adjustable axial play. A variety of installation situations can be covered by combining the various inner and outer leaves. Precise positioning can be achieved with dowel pins in the fit bores of the screw-on surfaces. The bearing bushings and the tapped bushings of types B and D are supplied preassambled in the hinge leaves. The hinge pin, thrust washers and adjusting screws are packaged separately. GN 103 Trapezoidal Lead Screw
In connection with trapezoidal lead nuts, trapezoidal lead screws GN 103 convert rotational movements into linear movements. They are used to move parts and transmit forces, such as in mechanical and plant engineering. The threaded spindles are manufactured using a rolling process, which gives the thread a high level of strength. Depending on the application, either the nut or the threaded spindle moves axially during adjustment. The thread dimensions of the trapezoidal lead screws comply with DIN 103. Trapezoidal thread drives can be assembled in conjunction with spindle nuts of the same thread size, number of thread starts and lead direction. The ends of the trapezoidal lead screws can be machined individually to accommodate the bearing or drive. Lead direction RH: Right-hand thread LH: Left-hand thread

M.2000-SWM-LD handles with monostable switch and LED indicator light
The M.2000-SWM-LD handle is an ideal combination of ergonomics, functionality, and compactness. In addition to the handle function, it integrates in a single product the function of signalling light column and control box with normally open or normally closed contacts. These handles are typically assembled on machine doors or protections. With the appropriate electrical connection, it is possible to configure the colour of the LED strip to indicate the status of the guard (IEC 60204-1). Example: red: immediate action required to address a hazardous situation green: normal operational conditions yellow: wait, machinery shutting down or in a transitional phase blue: operator has made operation request (example: pressing key) By pressing the button, the operator may request access, through external logic, to the protected area or reactive the machinery following an interruption. Staff protection: the action NC (normally closed) switch ensures correct interruption of the circuit. DD52R-E-RF Electronic Position Indicator, data transmission by radio frequency
DD52R-E-RF indicators (Elesa Patent) are networked to the control unit UC-RF via radio frequency (RF), constituting a wireless system for rapid positioning of the machine parts (fig.2). The wireless connection allows: reading of the current position setting of the target position configuration of all operational parameters The radio frequency system network allows different machines to coexist in the same space without problems of mutual interference. This system is particularly suitable for applications that require frequent format changes, facilitating the correct adjustment of the target/current position of the machine parts, also representing a safety system. In fact, even if a single DD52R-E-RF indicator is not placed in the target position, PLC doesn’t allow the beginning of the machine production cycle, thus avoiding production issues. The installation of the system is quick and easy as it does not require the use of connecting cables between the control unit and the indicators. GN 817.7 indexing plungers, pneumatically operated
Indexing plungers GN 817.7 with pneumatic operation can be easily and securely integrated into automated processes and can be positioned at locations where hand operation of the indexing plunger is not possible. Thanks to the material used, the indexing plungers are also suitable for more aggressive environments. An integrated magnet allows the plunger pin position to be queried electronically by a sensor. The end limits (protruding and retracted position) are taught-in via the operating element on the sensor cable. They each send a high signal, which is indicated by the respective LED and can be processed by a machine control, for example. The sensor electronics can also be accessed via IO-Link and offer the ability to set and read out the switching points and to block the teach button on the operating element. To avoid interference, no external magnetic fields should act on the indexing plunger. The pneumatic indexing plungers are supplied with a lock nut. With coding BS0,4, the sensor, sensor clip and an allen wrench are also supplied loose.
