EYPro Mugrauer & Schnele GmbH is an innovative mechanical engineering company based in Neresheim, Baden-Württemberg. Founded in 2009 by Alexander Mugrauer and Markus Schnele, the company specializes in high-precision dispensing technology, including the associated special-purpose machinery. With approximately 20 employees, EYPro develops and manufactures customized solutions for customers in the automotive, medical technology, process industries, and other sectors.

Designed for maximum efficiency and operational reliability, it ensures consistent and clean delivery of lubricating greases or pastes, even with highly viscous media (up to NLGI 3).

Die Fettpumpe EYPump50 ist unsere leistungsstarke Fettpumpe zur prozesssicheren Entleerung von Fettgebinden in der industriellen Produktion. Entwickelt für höchste Effizienz und Betriebssicherheit, gewährleistet sie eine konstante und saubere Förderung von Schmierfetten oder Pasten auch bei hochviskosen Medien (bis NLGI 3). Es können Gebinde zwischen 15-50kg verarbeitet werden.
Dosing system EYSeal
Our EYSeal dispensing system was specially developed for the targeted wetting of internal contours and sealing surfaces with lubricants. It impresses with its highest precision, repeatability, and process reliability. As a handheld solution, EYSeal enables the operator to apply lubricants easily, ergonomically, and in a controlled manner, making it ideal for use in manual production. For use in an automated station, EYSeal can be easily integrated into existing systems. Controlled via a PLC or customer-specific interfaces, the system reliably performs repeatable dispensing tasks, even at high cycle rates.

Das EYSpinn Dosiersystem ist die innovative Lösung für das kontaktfreie Applizieren von Schmierstoffen auf Innenkonturen, präzise, prozesssicher und materialschonend. Besonders bei schwer zugänglichen Geometrien, rotationssymmetrischen Bauteilen oder empfindlichen Oberflächen spielt EYSpinn seine Stärken voll aus. Mithilfe einer rotierenden Düse wird der Schmierstoff durch Zentrifugalkraft gleichmäßig an der Innenwand des Bauteils verteilt, ganz ohne mechanischen Kontakt und Medium-Verschleppung. So entsteht ein geschlossener, definierter Schmierfilm, der reproduzierbar und sauber aufgetragen wird.
Dosing valve EYMulti
The EYMulti is an electrically operated, volumetric metering valve that enables particularly precise, repeatable, and media-independent metering of lubricants. Thanks to the speed-controlled conveying technology, the metered quantity can be precisely and reproducibly controlled, regardless of temperature, viscosity, or ambient conditions.
