Relay Interface Modules
Relay Interface Modules from Finder are among the most widely used components in automation technology worldwide. They serve as an essential interface between sensitive control units (such as PLCs) and peripheral devices like sensors and actuators. Why choose Finder Relay Interface Modules ? Finder coupling relays provide reliable galvanic isolation between the control and load circuits. They protect outputs from voltage spikes, amplify signals, and enable switching between different voltage levels—for example, from 24 V DC to 230 V AC. Key features • Compact design: Especially the Series 39 (MasterINTERFACE) stands out with an ultra-slim width of just 6.2 mm, saving valuable space in control cabinets. • Versatile connection technology: Available with traditional screw terminals or modern push-in terminals for tool-free wiring. • Integrated protection circuitry: Many models include an LED status indicator and EMC coil suppression (freewheeling diode) to minimize interference with the control system. • Multi-voltage inputs: Versions such as MasterPLUS accept input voltages from 24 V to 240 V AC/DC in a single device, simplifying inventory management. • Fuse modules: A unique feature is the option to plug fuse modules directly onto the relay, allowing individual protection of the output circuit. • High switching capacity: Depending on the series (e.g., Series 48 or 49), continuous currents of up to 16 A can be reliably switched. Popular series at a glance • Series 38: The proven coupling relay for general industrial applications. • Series 39 (MasterINTERFACE): The premium solution offering maximum functionality in minimal space. • Series 48: Ideal for higher loads and applications with 1 or 2 changeover contacts. These relays are optimized for mounting on 35 mm DIN rails and feature an integrated retaining and release lever, ensuring easy replacement of the relay module.
