Three-phase induction motors

These electric motors are used in industrial machinery (lathes, grinders, milling machines, drills, boring machines, planers), cranes, ventilation systems, mixers, washing machines, pumps, conveyor belts, and in various industries (shipbuilding, food industry, wood industry, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, oil industry, mineral and plant extraction, textile and pulp industry, sugarcane processing plants, alcohol industry, etc.)

Three phase motors, special execution for drying plants

Special motors designed and produced from FFD in close coordination with and especially for our customers. From the first idea to the final production. Everything from one source! AREA OF APPLICATION The motors are able to work in drying plants, used for the air circulation. Up to an air temperature of 700°C.

Multi speed three phase motors

Multi speed motors can operate at two or more fixed speeds by changing the magnetic poles. Multi speed motors can be either single winding - Dahlander connection where speed ratio is 2 to 1 or with two separate windings where speed ratio other than 2 to 1 can be obtained. Single winding motors are designed for direct starting from the supply and are single voltage.

Submersible motor, Type TMP

AREA OF APPLICATION FOR PUMP DRIVE Agriculture, liquid manure, mobil of fixed pump station, biogas, wastewater, sewage plants and faecal sludge. Our TMP submersible motors are produced in a different versions of the shaft. Short or long.

Cooling medium pumps

Cooling medium pumps are used for pumping of cooling water or other coolants which are typically drilling-, cutting-and shaving machines.These pumps are well known in the industry and have been built in all types of machine tools for many years. FFD cooling medium pumps work like centrifugal pumps, so the flow rate of the coolant is affected by pump parts, stuffing-box and sucking up inlets. These pumps are quite resistant to the pollution of coolants. The cooling medium pumps are manufactured with 5 different dip lengths, for three phase (Type DKP) or single phase (Type EKP) conditions, in insulation class F and protection IP54. The nominal power at three phase pumps is 0,12kW and 0,08kW at single phase pumps.

Three phase motors, efficiency class IE4

IE4 motors from FFD offers higher energy savings, lower operational cost and latest technology at reliable use. Furthermore protects the lower energy consumption on the environment.

Three phase motors, explosion proof

Intended for use in chemical industry. The motors are adapted for operating in areas endangered by explosion, zone 1 and zone 2, category 2G, for use in potentially explosive atmospheres other than mines susceptible to fire-damp, for group IIA or IIB or IIB + H2 (including hydrogen) or IIC. The body of the motor is mechanically tough and does not allow to transfer the explosion outside the motor. Temperature class for the motors is T5. It means that the maximum temperature of any part of the surface of the motor can not exceed +100°C.

Single phase motors, efficiency class IE3

In additional to motors with standard efficiency, FFD already offers single phase motors with increased efficiency. Series 3SSIE. That means that the motors meet efficiency class IE3, although efficiency class IE2 is only required.

High-speed electric motor with 6,500 rpm (with hybrid bearings), double-sided external cooling, and a second shaft end, Type: 3SIE225M2-2F * Meets current EU efficiency requirements (IE3) at 50 Hz * Equipped with special size 6313 hybrid bearings, which enable a very high continuous operating speed and sufficient permissible shaft end loads * With increased output power to 100 kW at 110 Hz (with U/f = constant control strategy) * Equipped with a special double-sided external/separate cooling system that ensures proper cooling of the motor at very low speeds (frequency converter operation) in constant torque applications * A special cooling system allows the motor to be equipped with a second shaft end, which can be used to drive additional equipment or for use in emergency situations (lever for manually rotating the shaft in the event of a power failure) * Non-contact (lifetime) labyrinth seals on the shaft Application: Woodworking machines, meat processing, alternator test benches
