ibaInCycle - Online monitoring and analysis of cyclical processes
ibaInCycle is an add-on to ibaPDA and monitors all types of cyclical repeating processes such as recurring processes, but also rotating machine parts, i.e. rollers, gears, etc. ibaInCycle makes it possible to detect anomalies in the process at an early stage, in particular wear on machines and resulting deviations in product quality. This means you are able to take measures promptly to avoid damage and ensure quality.
ibaMAQS - Modular measurement system
With the ibaMAQS modular system, iba has raised the bar in the field of measurement technology. This flexible system enables user-specific solutions and is both scalable and perfectly tuned for demanding tasks. It impresses with extremely easy handling, 24-bit resolution, calibrated A/D converters, individual electrical isolation per channel and fast, synchronous data acquisition. One processor module can be combined with up to 15 different I/O modules. Modules are available for discrete input and output signals as well as for special technological features.
ibaCMC - Condition Monitoring Center
The Condition Monitoring Center allows condition monitoring for individual components through to complete plants. ibaCMC is the central platform for configuration and analysis of all connected condition monitoring devices. It allows trend, time signal, and spectrum analyses, as well as alarm and reporting tasks. Various graphical components are available to create a freely configurable dashboard. The log book function enables incidences of damage to be documented, thus providing a machine journal for vibration analysis.
ibaDaVIS - Web dashboard
ibaDaVIS gives you a completely new overview and clarity through in-depth insights into your data and processes. Plants and machines can be compared with each other based on their characteristic values. The information you need to monitor plants and machines and identify weak points and optimisation potential can be displayed quickly and easily. And all this without any programming effort.
ibaAnalyzer - Analysis software
ibaAnalyzer is a versatile tool for offline analysis and offers a comprehensive range of analysis functions. Together with ibaDatCoordinator, it is also possible to evaluate measurement data automatically and in sync with the process. Each analysis can be saved, flexibly adapted, reused and shared with other users in order to perform the appropriate analysis for each task. The basic version of ibaAnalyzer is free of charge.
ibaCapture - Video recording
With ibaCapture, live images from video cameras and HMI systems can be captured and recorded synchronously with the process data using ibaPDA. Unlike conventional video systems, ibaCapture not only records videos, but also links measured values from the process synchronously with the visual information.
ibaPDA - Process data recording
ibaPDA (Process Data Acquisition) is the core product of the iba system. ibaPDA is an extremely powerful, PC-based software for acquiring and recording various process data in automated technical processes. The modular product concept allows highly flexible configuration options for almost any application.
