Modular expandable energy analyzer - UMG 800
The flexible UMG 800 energy analyzer is ideal for output and main measurements. Various modules can be added to the basic device – in line with the demands of the application. You can easily adapt the UMG 800 energy analyzer to handle new requirements and regulations, as well as add additional functions and measurement inputs at any time with minimal effort. The compact UMG 800 includes 2 sub-units. Additional compact modules can be purchased and easily integrated into any switchboard cabinet. The intuitive plug-and-play system speeds up installation whilst making it simpler. This can reduce installation costs. The UMG 800 can be seamlessly integrated into existing and higher-order systems thanks to numerous interfaces and protocols, allowing for efficient data transmission in real time. It also has an internal data memory for data handling.

Expandable modular power analyzer - UMG 801
The UMG 801 modular power analyzer provides a variety of communication interfaces and protocols (e.g. OPC UA) for standardized and manufacturer-independent data transmission to higher-level systems, thus eliminating the need for costly integration. The UMG 801 covers all the needs of an energy management system (pursuant to ISO 50001) too. It provides transparency with respect to energy consumption and energy costs at all measurement levels. Critical deviations in power quality and residual currents (RCM) can thus be detected. The UMG 801 can be expanded using stackable, easy-to-integrate modules with up to 92 current measuring channels and up to 144 digital inputs. The easy-to-connect plug-in concept (Plug & Play) reduces wiring work and an integrated bus system connects the basic device with the modules. Seamless power supply and data transmission are thus guaranteed.

Energy analyzer with Ethernet – UMG 96-EL
The value-driven UMG 96-EL energy analyzer helps you to control your energy costs and assists with billing and planning. The precise measurement data enables you to optimize your energy consumption and implement energy management. The UMG 96-EL can be easily integrated into existing systems so that the measurement data can be evaluated without complications. The energy analyzer can be connected directly to the system via the Ethernet connection. The front panel display makes it easy to read the measured values directly on-site. The UMG 96-EL also helps to protect your systems. The energy analyzer records numerous power quality parameters that provide indications of grid faults and anomalies. This allows you to prevent malfunctions, protect your systems from damage, avoid premature wear, and increase your energy efficiency.

Expandable modular power analyzer - UMG 96-PQ-L-LP
From power quality analysis to energy monitoring, from residual current to temperature monitoring, the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP offers the right functions for every application. Avoid system failures by clearly displaying the entire power quality of a measurement level at low cost with the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP. Short of space in the switchboard cabinet? Thanks to the low-power current inputs, classic current transformers can be replaced with smaller and less expensive current transformers. Since low-power transformers operate in the millivolt range on the secondary side, no converter disconnect terminal is required. Passive Rogowski coils can also be used for simple retrofit solutions. In this case, the measurement device serves as the measurement transducer, saving money and essential space in the switchboard cabinet. The UMG 96-PQ-L-LP modular network analyzer can measure full-wave events and present and analyze them directly in the network display. It also comes with a large memory, which, thanks to a special data compression method, ensures several years’ worth of storage. Memory partitioning preserves the long storage time for current, power and work even in combination with high-resolution power quality measurement. All values can be conveniently displayed and graphically represented on the color graphic display. What’s more, the UMG 96-PQ-L-LP offers plug-in modules for functional enhancements and 50 comparators that can be configured individually or via predefined comparator profiles.

Residual current analysis device – RCM 202-AB
The two-channel residual current monitoring device meets the requirements of the DIN EN 62020 standard. A recurring insulation test can be omitted or at least limited. Typical applications are low-voltage main distribution boards (LVMDB) and subdistribution panels (SDP) in grounded systems (e.g. TN-S systems). The RCM 202-AB is a safe cross-industry alternative if current interruptions due to a residual current device (RCD) or an insulation resistance measurement cannot be tolerated. Complete integration into the GridVis® software is possible. The device can be integrated directly via the RS-485 interface. Suitable as an RCM at any point, e.g. direct current systems, frequency converters, or applications with increased fire protection requirements.

Power Grid Monitoring Software GridVis®
Implement the three application areas of energy management, power quality and residual current monitoring with the scalable GridVis® power grid monitoring software. GridVis® identifies potential energy savings and helps to optimize the utilization of operating equipment as well as detect production failures at an early stage. Numerous functions support the fulfillment of standards, the preparation of key figures and the analysis of measured values. This makes the scalable, user-friendly software perfectly suited for developing standards-compliant energy, residual current and power quality monitoring systems. Depending on your specific needs, there are four editions with different range of functions available.
