Products & services

E400
The Cut & Strip Family E400 processes wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables from 0.8 – 12.5 mm (0.032 – 0.49") with cross-sections from 0.14 – 16 mm² (26 – 6 AWG). Standard applications of the Cut & Strip machine series E400 include stripping the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips on either or both sides. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables, including insulation such as PVC, PUR, or Teflon. A short piece kit allows for the processing of short wires.Job creation is made easy with predefined and verified default parameters. The intuitive S.Drive software facilitates the creation of jobs and article programs. The "Quick-Run Mode" allows for immediate production with just a few clicks. The contact pressure on the belt drive feeding unit is programmable. It allows for very fine and targeted adjustments.

B340
The Strip Series B340 strips simple stranded wires and multiconductor cables with a cross section from 0.013 to 16 mm² (36 – 5 AWG) and a diameter of up to 9 mm (0.35”). The programmable Strip Series B340 features four rotary X-shaped blades, capable of processing cables with thin jacketing and demanding materials like Kapton, Teflon®, or textile glass braiding. It offers a strip length of 80 mm (3.15”) and a pull-off length of 40 mm (1.57”). No blade or clamp changes are needed across all cable applications, reducing machine downtimes. It also supports defined conductor twisting and sequential processing of multi-conductor cables, including jacket and inner conductor stripping in a programmable sequence. The B340 is quick to set up, user-friendly without programming knowledge, and can be integrated into fully automated systems, such as transfer modules.

B300
The portable B300 stripping machine reliably strips cables with cross sections from 0.03 to 8 mm² (32 to 8 AWG) and up to 7 mm (0.27") outer diameter. The portable and programmable Strip Series B300 is easy to operate, even without programming knowledge. Its ergonomic design and intuitive 5” color touchscreen interface make usage simple and efficient. High repeat accuracy, precise mechanics, and short work cycles ensure productivity for standard stripping applications. The B300 initiates the strip as soon as the cable end touches its sensitive trigger sensor. Continuous axis monitoring eliminates the need for referencing, improving quality and saving time.Predefined process parameters enable immediate use for standard functions like full and partial pull-off and recutting. An optional software upgrade is available for more complex applications.

Zeta 640
More autonomy for your Zeta 640! At the aaa trade fair in Friedrichshafen, we're giving an exclusive preview of a new option for the Komax Zeta 640: an innovative wire storage unit that takes the next step toward autonomous wire processing. The new wire storage unit was developed to significantly increase productivity during operation. It allows the machine to run continuously – without requiring an operator to constantly remove wire. At the same time, the wire storage unit serves as a central interface for further automation: The integrated terminals can present prepared wires in a way that allows them to be picked up by a robot, for example. Thanks to its modular cart design, the wire storage unit offers maximum flexibility: Size, wire presentation, and intelligent integrations can be adapted to suit the customer's specific process.
