Power and control cable assemblies
The product portfolio of assembled ÖLFLEX® power and control cables includes charging cables as well as servo, power and control cable assemblies. Our comprehensive inventory of high-quality cables, connectors and accessories of all kinds allows us to respond quickly and flexibly to your requirements – from the smallest order to major projects.

Active network components for Ethernet applications
Connect, distribute, network: groundbreaking industry automation cannot be achieved without intelligent networking of production facilities. The digitalisation of production processes requires that the individual components of a production environment communicate with one another and with information systems. A reliable data exchange is essential for this. LAPP supports the transmission of simple control signals as well as protocol-based fieldbus or Ethernet signals with network and distribution components for sensor actuator, fieldbus and Ethernet applications. After all, the future of industry starts with choosing the right components.

Connectors
Reliable even after thousands of plug cycles The benefits of our plug connections are clear: they create detachable connections between a cable and a device, for example, and withstand hundreds of plug cycles. EPIC® industrial plug connections are used for power supply as well as signal and data transmission in various industrial environments and support the cable in its tasks: they supply another piece of equipment with power, control the signal transmission and guarantee data exchange. LAPP has developed connectors in various variants for numerous applications – as individual units, kits or customer-specific assemblies.

Cable glands
Cable glands allow cables to be inserted into a housing, make it possible to securely seal both the cables and the housing and achieve cable strain relief. They protect the interior of the housing from harmful environmental influences such as dust and moisture. Our product range contains single-entries, multi-entries for multiple cables, as well as accessories and tools for assembling the glands.

Cable protection and guiding systems
Cable protection and guiding systems at LAPP consist of a protective cable conduit, a conduit gland and the corresponding accessories. They protect cables perfectly against dust, moisture, mechanical, thermal or chemical influences. Our flexible protective cable conduits are made of plastic, galvanised steel, stainless steel or a combination of these materials. The portfolio also includes parallel corrugated protective cable conduits, large-scale protective cable conduits or resealable protective cable conduits, hoses with a liquid-tight sheath and cable protection hose systems for special applications, e.g. in the F&B sector or e-mobility. The tools and accessories allow for quick and easy assembly.

Marking systems
With LAPP marking systems, you can mark virtually everything you need for fast and individual identification in an industrial environment. The marking systems are suitable for marking cables, wires, single cores and other electrical components. With us you can find individual numbers, letters, symbols and character holders for individual marking as well as laser or thermal transfer printing labels, printers, label software, safety signage, tools and accessories. Put an end to the chaos – with clear labelling!

Cable chains in automated applications

Full transparency about the climate impact of LAPP products: Decarbonisation with data
The product carbon footprint (PCF) already plays a key role for manufacturing companies in defining and achieving their own sustainability goals. In the future, legal regulations at European level will place additional requirements on the sustainability of products. LAPP has therefore taken a far-sighted approach and started to determine the PCF of its own products. The first LAPP product for which the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) was calculated is the ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 control and connection cable. All results have been verified externally by DEKRA. All CO₂ emissions are taken into account according to the "cradle-to-gate" approach, i.e. all data from raw material extraction to production, including storage and packaging, until the product leaves the LAPP logistics centre. It is particularly challenging to ensure high data quality and data availability via suppliers or - if there are no reliable values - via secondary data from CO₂ databases.

Harnessing Solutions (Cable and servo assemblies, cable chains)
In addition to high-quality products, LAPP Harnessing Solutions also includes first-class service. Our experts will be at your side right from the outset and support you with planning, including design and construction, requirement analysis, process optimisation and quality assurance. We'll also carry out customised series of tests for you and take over the delivery or on-site assembly. Whether in small batch sizes or in series production. So leave it to us to develop your connection solutions so that you have more time for what is essential: your core business. This not only saves internal resources, but also costs! We accompany you on your search for sophisticated, perfectly suited and cost-effective connection solutions. With LAPP Harnessing Solutions, we offer you an extensive range.

Remote I/O devices from LAPP – ecentralised acquisition and control of process data
With the remote I/O devices, LAPP is now closing a gap in the automation pyramid. These are active components that are ideal for decentralised use, i.e. outside the control cabinet. Decentralised in use IO-Link is a standardised communication system that was specially developed for the integration of sensors and actuators in automation systems. It enables a point-to-point connection between an IO-Link device (e.g. a sensor) and an IO-Link master and allows decentralised acquisition and control of process data by connecting sensors and actuators to the control system via a bus interface. IO-Link enables the bidirectional exchange of process data and parameters for configuring sensors and actuators. In addition, event and diagnostic data is transmitted to provide feedback on faults or additional information. Ideal for conveyor systems Another advantage: The remote I/O devices significantly reduce the wiring effort and therefore save time, money and labour. Conveyor lines in intralogistics are a typical application. Numerous sensors and actuators are required to ensure that the kilometre-long conveyor systems function smoothly in order to transport goods quickly and safely. Without remote I/O devices, cabling at field level would be complex, expensive and prone to errors. Many protocol options Together with our M12 cable assemblies, sensor-actuator assemblies and Ethernet patch cables, the new remote I/O devices form a perfect overall solution for interlinked systems. With the remote I/O devices, LAPP enables bidirectional communication up to field level. The portfolio includes the IO-Link masters UNITRONIC® ACCESS MP08 IOL and UNITRONIC® ACCESS SP08 IOL as well as the IO-Link hub UNITRONIC® ACCESS HUB08 IOL with globally standardised IO-Link technology.
Data cable assemblies
Data cable assemblies are used when fast wiring, minimum error potential and maximum space saving are important factors for you. Like our field-configurable data cables and data connectors, Data cable assemblies cover all of the most popular protocol standards and are suitable for telephone, coaxial and low-frequency applications. Thanks to their one or two-sided assembly, they simultaneously offer full flexibility and maximum time savings.

Data cables
The transmitters and receivers of signals or messages are connected to one another via data cables. LAPP offers highly reliable data cables for Fieldbus and Ethernet systems so that machines, entire factories and office buildings can communicate with one another. Our industrial communication product range covers all of the most popular protocol standards such as PROFIBUS, CC-Link and CANopen, as well as PROFINET and Ethernet/IP. A wide selection of data cables is also available for telephone, coaxial and low-frequency applications.

Power and control cables
Our power and control cables fall under the ÖLFLEX® product brand and have always stood for oil resistance and flexibility. Power cables provide the optimum power supply; while control cables, on the other hand, transmit signals for controlling devices and machines. In this product segment, LAPP offers you a variety of cables that can be used to cover all applications. Browse through the product range: from simple, universally usable single core cables to multi-core cables for specific purposes such as robot or cable chain applications, or even solar and wind power.
