Sheet Fanner
Magnetic sheet fanners provide a faster and safer alternative to separate ferrous sheets. The magnetic field is transferred to the steel blanks which take on the magnetic pole to repel from each other. Apply the Magswitch sheet fanner to the side of any stack of blanks or thin steel components and watch the top layers separate for easy destacking.
T-Series Magnets
The T-Series offer compact and powerful magnetic solutions. These tools are ideal for fixtures, pin positioning and handling a wide variety of components. With adjustable pole pieces, they are extremely flexible in use, being able to handle standard geometries as well as components with free-form surfaces. Thanks to their compactness and lightness, they offer a high power-to-weight ratio to handle any application.
PLAY-Series Magnets
The Magswitch PLAY series combines several magnets in one point and is perfect for long pipes or beams as well as heavy loads. Adjustable pole elements improve handling.

E-Series Magnets
The E-Series combines Magswitch‘s patented technology with revolutionary smart tool features and electrical actuation. With a slim profile specifically optimized for EOAT applications, the E-Series offers a Variable Field Output (VFO) feature for flexible adjustment of the magnetic force. It enables destacking of the thinnest parts, picking parts from containers and integrates an automatic double sheet detection to ensure precision.
ELAY-Series Magnets
The ELAY variant combines this technology with intelligent functions and electrical activation. The VFO functionality enables the thinnest materials to be destacked and performance to be maximized.
D-Series Magnets
The D series is specially designed for picking up sheet metal. Thanks to their multiple flat field array technology, they offer high holding forces in the transverse force and are extremely powerful with thin sheets of 0.5-3 mm. Their compact and lightweight design makes the entire gripper easier to use and makes it more universally applicable. This makes them versatile, whether for picking up and placing sheet metal, handling the thinnest parts or stacking.
