MFG Technik & Service GmbH is a leading supplier in the field of marking technologies. The company supports manufacturing companies as well as international groups across all industries in the labelling of products and packaging. Origin, batch/batch identification or best-before date and logistical information are now heavily regulated by law and must meet the highest quality standards. The range of services offered by MFG Technik & Service GmbH includes the sale of coding and marking technology inclusive code verification systems, planning, design, system integration, installation, maintenance and regular service for coding, marking and code verification systems - both hardware and software. The development basis of these solution concepts are advanced technologies as well as a profound understanding of the needs of skilled personnel in production and logistics. The owner-managed company was founded in 2001 and today employs 40 people. With a wide network of sales and service locations in Germany and Austria, MFG Technik & Service specialises primarily in inkjet, laser and thermal transfer technologies. Holistic and individual solution concepts, fast reaction times, many years of know-how and comprehensive customer care are the outstanding strengths of the company. MFG Technik & Service relies on technologies from its partners such as Hitachi, MundiScan, Linx, Tiflex and other well-known manufacturers. HITACHI Inkjet UX2
The new Hitachi UX2 printer combines innovation with the reliability. The UX2 continuous inkjet printer has several new features to enhance the coding process: • Enhanced code quality at higher speeds – The improved dot control algorithms create more legible codes. Even at increased speeds, code quality does not degrade. • Added convenience and safety – With a sealed Safe-Clean Station, multiple cleaning modes, and self-guided troubleshooting videos available, the UX2 puts control in the hands of the operator. • Quick line changeovers – Move inkjet printers from production line to line with ease using preconfigured I/O connectors, eliminating time- consuming mistakes. • Newly designed print head – Because of the print head modification to catch inkjet build up, the UX2 printer can run for three times longer by reducing print quality issues and electronic faults.
Speedwagon
Speedwagon measures the speeds of moving tracks and piece goods in order to monitor, control and regulate production systems. The big advantage: The measurement is non-contact, purely optical, without mechanical components and therefore slip-free. In contrast to measuring wheels and other mechanical processes, Speedwagon achieves a higher measuring accuracy and does not damage the material through mechanical wear. In addition, the system is able to take over a trigger function, i.e. a start pulse for example as an output for marking devices as soon as a previously defined increment value has been reached.

X1Jet
The X1Jet compact systems are characterized by an integrated control system, Operation and print module off. All the necessary components are installed in a single, closed pressure module system. The basic functions such as start/stop, Print image selection at the push of a button and print start delay can be conveniently and easy to use. Compact systems are suitable for a wide range of production environments and can be integrated quickly. With the X1 cartridge technology, the Click'n Print system ensures minimal effort when changing cartridges. An intelligent algorithm ensures that the cartridges are always ready for use. The X1 Piezo Ink-Jet (large characters) have a bottle system for continuous, uninterrupted production. Another advantage: With the printer software iDesign you get the full scope of the systems, including layout creation.
Joker
The industrial inkjet printer JOKER marks quickly and with high resolution. Using solvent ink, the Hi-Res system is able to print precisely on smooth, non-absorbent as well as absorbent surfaces. The intermediate tank and double nozzle channels make the JOKER process reliable in many ways. Particularly for direct labeling on secondary packaging and in the logistics sector. Almost independent of the surface, the JOKER replaces expensive and environmentally critical labels with direct printing.
LaseLink UV
With a LaseLink UV laser, you benefit from permanent markings. The product markings applied with a UV laser coder also withstand subsequent stresses, such as friction, alcohol, heat or transport processes, which ensures their long-term durability and readability.
Cam4Codes
With the intelligent Cam4Codes inspection and recognition systems, you can complement your coding processes with smart camera technology. Virtually all codes – whether generated by inkjet, laser, or thermal transfer printing – can be inspected with great precision. Incorrectly classified rejects due to oversensitivity are avoided thanks to a wide range of adjustment options for the respective marking technology. Even with CIJ prints with minimal ink droplet displacement, Cam4Codes recognizes easily legible codes as "Good Read" – precisely when it counts.
