For over 100 years, threads have been cut, whirled, rolled or ground.Today, NEFF Gewindetriebe GmbH is a highly qualified development and manufacturing company offering solutions around threaded spindles and nuts. In addition to ball screws and trapezoidal screws in various designs, Neff manufactures a wide range of end products and systems.

Ball Screw Drives KGT
NEFF ball screw drives are the result of many decades of innovative ongoing development of the ball screw drive. We offer precision-rolled ball screw drives in all common sizes at competitive prices and in extraordinary quality. NEFF ball screws correspond to DIN 69051 and the NEFF standard (exchangeability of EFM trapezoidal nuts with ball nuts). The screws are available with customised end machining or with soft-annealed ends for further machining if requested. The high mechanical efficiency < 98 % requires a lower driving power and a significantly lower breakaway torque than with trapezoidal screw drives. Thanks to the low rolling friction and deflection systems that have been developed further over many years, Neff ball screw drives have a particularly long and reliable service life.
Screw Jacks M/J-Series
The cubic NEFF screw jacks (types M and J) are lifting elements that have enjoyed great popularity among users for decades due to their shape and characteristics. The screw drives from our own production, paired with high-quality worm gearboxes, result in screw jacks with outstanding properties in terms of lifting power and smooth running. The screw jacks are available with a trapezoidal or ball screw drive with lifting forces from 2,5 to 500 kN. The cubic design allows the use of the screw jacks in all mounting positions. In the N-version with a non-rotating screw or in the R-version with a rotating screw in combination with a travelling nut, the screw jacks can be customised for their application. As a further configuration, the lifting elements in the N-version can be supplied with an anti-turn safeguard by means of a square protective tube or a V-groove. By connecting individual screw jacks with drive shafts, lifting systems can be realized in a simple way. With our wide range of accessories, many solutions can be offered using the standard programme.
High performance screw jacks C-Serie
The new high-performance NEFF classic product line of the C-series goes along with the connection dimensions of the classic screw jack systems which are already on the market placed. They are technically robust and flexible in terms of application. Advantages for users are besides the separated lubrication systems − relubrication even possible during operation − longer duty cycles and lubrication for life under normal circumstances. Within the standard programm it is possible to choose different screw types and grades. In additon to the catalogue standards new drive solutions for customized projects can be produced on request.
Telescopic screw drive S-TEG
2-stage synchronously extending telescopic screw drive as a sliding screw or ball screw variant, available optionally with limit switches. You can choose from standardised connecting options for gear, toothed belt or direct connection of a drive motor by means of motor adapter flange and coupling.
Multi-stage telescopic screw drive M-TEG
The M-TEG multi-stage telescopic screw drives from NEFF rise from extrem compact installation dimension to impressive lifting heights. With up to 7 screw stages the user can combine very different load ranges and installation conditions. Out of the standard connection for screw bearing, the NEFF screw jacks of series M, C or G can be easily adapted. The high pitch of the thread profile, achieving high efficiencies. Special designs, special sizes and special materials are available on request.
