Products & services

from highend components to perfect solutions
IKO Nippon Thomson and ITK Precisioning GmbH are expanding their partnership and will jointly develop high-precision mechatronic complete systems. The goal is to combine IKO's precision mechanics with ITK's high-resolution measurement and control technology to create integrated solutions. The focus is on applications requiring extremely high accuracy and dynamics down to the nanometer range. Typical areas of application include microscopy, the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer inspection), and measuring and analytical instruments. The extensive experience of both companies enables innovative and high-performance solutions. Customers benefit from end-to-end project management from a single source. IKO handles communication, organization, and execution, while the technical solution is developed jointly with ITK. Support is provided flexibly in German or English, which facilitates implementation, especially for complex projects. The systems are characterized by easy integration into existing equipment. Standard interfaces such as RJ45 or RS-232 are available. ITK also offers compatible accessories such as handwheels, joysticks, and interfaces, resulting in customized and expandable solutions. Initial results of the collaboration will be presented at the "all about automation" trade fair in Wels. Among the products on display will be single-axis, two-axis, and three-axis positioning systems with linear and rotary motion. Control is achieved via ICT systems such as Pollux, Hydra, and Andromeda. The MotionManager software allows for the simulation, monitoring, and optimization of motion sequences. Features such as real-time data acquisition enable precise system calibration and increase operational efficiency and accuracy.

Crossrollerbearing
The outer ring of the Standard Type Crossed Roller Bearings is made of two split pieces, which are bolted together to prevent separation during transportation or mounting, enabling easy handling. These bearings are widely used in the rotating parts of industrial robots, machine tools, medical equipment, etc., which require compactness, high rigidity and high rotational accuracy. In addition, bearings made of stainless steel and those with inner and outer rings provided with mounting holes are also available on request. Please contact IKO.

Nadellager
Needle Roller Bearings are bearings for rotary motion that use needle-shaped thin rollers as rolling elements. Compared to ball bearings, they have low sectional height and large load capacity. As a machine part, they help save space by making the whole machine compact. They play an important role in a wide range of products such as automobiles, motorcycles, printing machines, industrial robots and construction machinery.

Linearführung
Nippon Thompson Co., Ltd. was the first company in Japan to develop Needle Roller Bearings using in-house technology. This advanced technical know-how has been the foundation for our progress in the field of linear motion (linear motion rolling guide series and Mechatronics series). Currently, we support the development of technology by meeting increasingly diverse needs through our various product lines. Creativity has allowed us to develop innovative products such as our revolutionary C-Lube maintenance free series.

Positioniertische
The Mechatronics series was developed through the integration of precision machining technology and electronics. Precision positioning tables incorporate a linear motion rolling guide and ball screw or motor between the bed and slide table. A wide range of products are available in either the module type or high-precision type. They play an important role in a variety of industries that require equipment with positioning mechanisms such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, flat panel display manufacturing equipment, and other precision equipment needs. Having the positioning table and electrical control components in one helps reduce design and assembly processes.

Maintenance free "C-Lube " capilary technology
Due to our innovative C-Lube Technology, we can offer a guarantee of at least 20,000 km of mileage under normal operating conditions. After that we recommend regular checks to ensure that the component can be relubricated in time. Test runs have already been stopped after 90,000 km because the service life expectations were exceeded many times over.
