Xi 410
Compact spot finder IR camera Xi 410 The new compact infrared camera optris Xi 410 combines all the benefits of infrared cameras and infrared thermometers. The Xi 410 has a fast Ethernet interface and can be powered by PoE. This allows for a simple installation, even if the distance from the PC is large. The built-in hot spot finder function can be used to reliably measure moving objects without having to reposition the camera. If the network connection is interrupted or if the connected PC has a problem, the camera immediatley switches to the autonomous stand-alone mode which ensures a continuous measurement and alarm. Thus the reliability of problem detection (typically exceeding a threshold in the context of monitoring a fire outbreak) is maintained. Thanks to this unique feature, the Xi 410 is ideal for all safety applications related to fire prevention, detection of critical hot spots, monitoring of industrial equipment and storage of all kinds. The Xi 410 incorporates a motorized remote focus, controlled by the free PIX Connect software. The resolution of the camera is 384 x 240 pixels with a frame rate of 25 Hz.

CT 4M
High-speed pyrometer optris CT 4M for low-temp, high-speed measurements The quick exposure time of only 90 μs makes the high speed IR thermometer CT 4M the perfect sensor for measuring fast processes. Due to its short measuring wavelength and a temperature range from 0°C to 500 °C, the pyrometer optris CT 4M, is suitable for measurements of metals, metal oxides, ceramics or materials with unknown or changing emissivity. The electronics box of the measuring device allows a flexible terminal device through selectable analog outputs as well as various optional digital interfaces.

CTratio
Ratio pyrometer optris CTratio 1M for high-temperature measurement of metals Due to its short measuring wavelength the ratio pyrometer optris CTratio 1M is especially suited for measurement of extremely high metal temperatures and the very short response time allows for surveillance of very fast processes. The ratio pyrometer is largely resistant against dust, steam and dirty observation windows. This allows for an accurate measurement in cases of window soiling of up to 90 percent. The pyrometer additionally measures reliably in cases where the measuring object only covers 5 percent of the measuring point or moves very fast. Rugged, electrically isolated sensing head and fiber optic cable for ambient temperatures up to 315 °C without cooling.

CSvision
With the new ratio pyrometers of the CSvision family, it is possible to measure temperatures from 250 °C to 3000 °C reliably from variable distances without contact. The novelty of the CSvision series is the switchable two-step brightness reduction filter, which makes it easy to sight and focus on very bright objects. The model CSvision R1M measures in a range of 550 °C to 1800 °C (R1ML) or 900 °C to 3000 °C (R1MH), both versions have a motorised focus, with an optical resolution of up to 100:1(R1ML) or 150:1 (R1MH) and operate in the spectral range from 0.8 µm to 1.1 µm. The ratio pyrometer can be used in adverse environments from 0 °C up to 65 °C without additional cooling. Due to the dual-channel measuring principle, the CSvision are largely insensitive to dust, steam and dirty viewing windows.

PI 640i G7
With an increased temperature measurement range of up to 3000 °C and a new maximum scan angle of 145°, the latest model sets a new benchmark for high-precision temperature monitoring in glass processes - especially in combination with laser applications. Thanks to the extended temperature range, the PI 640i G7 is the world’s first industrial infrared camera with a 7.9 µm filter specifically designed for measuring glass and transparent materials, such as films, at temperatures up to 3000 °C. This now enables thermographic monitoring of laser processes on glass, sapphire, or synthetic diamonds—such as laser cutting, drilling, or structuring. Traditional high-temperature applications in glass manufacturing, such as float glass lines, pressing or forming processes in container glass, as well as specialty glass production, also benefit from this new up-date. Another milestone is the new 120° ultra-wide-angle optic, which, in combination with enhanced sensor technology, enables a horizontal field of view of up to 145° with 800 pixels per scan line. This allows a single device to monitor large production areas or multiple stations simultaneously—ideal for multi-stage manufacturing processes. In addition, the maximum ambient temperature has been increased to 70 °C, allowing the camera to be used under even more demanding production conditions without the need for additional cooling. The enhanced infrared camera is supplied with the proven Optris PIX Connect soft-ware, which includes a line-scan mode for continuous production monitoring. The combination of high resolution (640 × 480 pixels), extended temperature range, and industrial-grade design makes the new PI 640i G7 the ideal imager for demanding measurement tasks in glass applications.

CSVision 1M
The CSvision 1M two-color pyrometer now features an extended temperature measurement range of up to 3,500 °C. With this enhancement, Optris sets new standards in non-contact temperature measurement under extreme process conditions – particularly in the production of high-temperature-resistant materials such as those used in the metal and ceramics industries. The rugged and compact CSvision 1M was developed for demanding high-temperature applications, where conventional pyrometers reach their limits. With its newly extended dual-channel measurement range from 1,000 to 3,500 °C, the de-vice is ideal for processes such as CVD diamond growth, laser applications, or high-temperature reactions involving tungsten or carbon fiber. Measurement takes place in the shortwave spectral range of 0.8–1.1 μm, allowing for high accuracy even in cases of low emissivity or in the presence of disruptive elements such as smoke or steam. A key highlight of the CSvision 1M is the innovative video sight with motorized focus, which, in combination with the patented crosshair laser, allows simple and precise alignment even under challenging visibility conditions. The two-stage Brightness Re-duction Filter (BRF) additionally ensures optimal visibility, even on glowing and very bright objects. Setup and alignment are conveniently handled via the IRmobile app or Compact Plus Connect software. For seamless integration into industrial processes, the pyrometer offers analog out-puts as well as digital interfaces such as USB, RS485, and Modbus RTU. In addition, the Ethernet TCP / Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and Profinet interfaces are now also supported. A programmable I/O pin also provides versatile functionality – from alarm signaling to external emissivity control. This update makes the CSvision 1M the ideal solution for applications where no com-promises can be made between precision, durability, and ease of use.
