LP-SW Laser Marking System
The LP-S500W Laser Marking System is a top-quality product, and is the fruit of many years of development. With its high output power (50 W) and the newly developed optical system, it enabled clearly legible annealed black characters. A robust and flexible fiber laser marker opens up new dimensions of black marking. For all its power, this Panasonic solution also impresses by the fact that it has a removable fiber optic cable and is extremely easy to set up. The distances to the individual objects need only be entered once. Adjustments are then made automatically.

Sensors

Human Machine Interface
All terminals are equipped with Ethernet ports and support VNC technology. The web server architecture is based on current HTML5 web technology providing users with advanced control and remote monitoring from any browser, any device (smartphone, tablet, or computer). The ability to capture, store and share data in higher-level structures makes the HM series the perfect choice for integrating systems across the entire enterprise. The HM series supports SVG graphics, Javascript, Panasonic PLC, OPC UA Server / Client gateway, Modbus TCP (RTU), Ethernet/IP and S7 Ethernet driver. This makes the HM series a perfect tool for IIoT implementation and Industry 4.0 in a controlled and safety-aware manner
Dual Axis Servo Drive MINAS A6 Multi
The MINAS A6 Multi features a dual axis layout and a width of only 50 millimeters per unit. Compared to current systems the new book size servo drive reduces the occupied footprint in the electrical cabinet by up to 64 percent. The front mounted D link bus system for an easy and time-saving installation can be set up without any tools. The servo drivers cover a range from 0.4kW up to 5kW. The MINAS A6 Multi is equipped with 18 safety functions.
Motion Controller GM1
Our HG-C series opens up a host of new opportunities for industrial automation, including positioning of robotic arms, thickness and position measurement of belt material, presence detection of the smallest products or recognition of overlaps in the thinnest materials. These measurements can be performed both statically and dynamically. The HG-C sensor is unique on the market for laser sensors thanks to a repeatability of 10μm and a response time of 1.5 ms. With dimensions of just W20 x H44 x D25 mm, this sensor offers high-end performance in a compact package. Five measuring ranges (100 mm ± 35 mm, 50 mm ± 15 mm and 30 mm ± 5 mm) are available depending on the model with a measurement resolution of 10 μm to 70 μm. The built-in display supports setup and operation.
