Customized Cable Systems
The complete cable set - from a single source: We implement individual requirements for functionality and quality as well as design and the technical connection of the product to the end device. This starts with the cable length. And goes beyond different pole patterns and connections for easy installation, surfaces and flexibility to special requirements for the material with regard to approvals (UL, Med, etc.). And what does your cable/connector have to look like on the B-side? We take care of that. With different assembly options for convenient connection, from the common crimp solution or solder connection to integrated electronics. M23 Panel Mount Connector
M23 is the large format phg panel mount connector. The 19 pole device connector has 16 signal and 3 power contacts. The male contacts are crimped to the stranded wires and assembled according to customer specifications. The coding nose can be individually aligned during assembly using the integrated counter system. You will receive ready-to-install and final-tested device connectors from us.
Y-Connector
The new Y-connector from phg Highlights - different connectors possible - individual cable types and lengths - customer specific pin assignments - shielded and overmolded Connections from A to B and C. You can achieve this in a variety of ways with phg's overmolded Y-connectors. We create new and individual solutions according to your wishes. For example, our overmolded round connectors such as M8 and M12 can be assembled and integrated in different configurations. Individual wiring in the Y-connector as well as different pin assignments on all sides enable customer-specific fabrications. Y-connectors from phg come in shielded design and are particularly robust and suitable for industrial use due to the overmolding. The installation of the Y-connectors is uncomplicated and fast thanks to the numerous variation possibilities.
Hybrid Connector
Hybrid for signal, power, gaseous and liquid media Integrating multiple functions in one connector is increasingly in demand today. In addition to signals, the cables should also be able to transport power and gaseous or liquid media. Hybrid technology enables a safe multifunctional connection. Our specialists develop application-specific hybrid systems in co-engineering for your devices and produce them according to customer specifications. An example of such a hybrid system is this plug-in connection with 4 signal contacts and a hose for gaseous media, as well as a convenient snap lock.
Circular Connectors
Customized circular connectors M5, M8, M9, M12 or M16 phg produces overmoulded cable connectors and ready-to-install assembled device connectors in the various Mxx series (M5, M8, M9; M12 and M16) according to customer requirement profiles. With own injection molds or with customer-specific manufactured molds incl. exclusive right. The most important in a nutshell: - standard pin patterns and individual connector layouts - different shapes, straight and angled design - lettering and logo inserts possible - different colors and plastics for overmoulding - individual design, in the desired feel and shape for optimal ergonomics - different screw sleeves and housings in nickel-plated brass, in plastic or in stainless steel - production of complete assemblies according to customer drawings Tell us your wishes. We will design with you and produce the cable assemblies with circular connectors that meet your requirements. The optimization to the application creates convincing, functional, but also economic advantages.
M12 X-coded with individual assembly
The X-coding for M12 connectors is standardized and clearly specified. What you get with our assemblies, however, are parameters tailored to your needs, starting at the connection point of the connector with an individual pin assignment, through the customer-specific cable, including the length, to the assembly of the 2nd side with any design. Other features such as the color of the overmolding or labeling can also be implemented according to your wishes. We are happy to implement your requirements and wishes.

M16 Circular Connector overmoulded 24-pin
Up to now, we have produced M16 from 2 - 19 poles. Now also in 24 poles. Compact external dimensions, good shield connection and high contact density characterize the extended version.
