Maschinensicherheit von Anfang an - effizient, klar und CE-konfrom
Machine safety is not an "add-on" task, but a central design principle. Early integration in accordance with EN ISO 12100 creates clarity, reduces risks, and lowers overall costs. At the same time, it forms the basis for CE conformity – in the future according to the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.

Lichtgitterportfolio PSENopt von Pilz verhindert unbeabsichtigten Wiederanlauf - Lockout effizient und sicher managen
A new restart prevention device, PSENopt II lockout, is now available for Pilz's PSENopt II light curtain family. This prevents the machine from restarting unintentionally, for example, during maintenance work in hazardous areas. Additional safety sensors are not required, making visual inspection of the hazard area unnecessary. PSENopt II lockout thus represents a safe, economical, and easy-to-use solution for preventing unintentional restarts. The PSENopt II lockout accessory for the robust PSENopt II light curtain family includes a mounting bracket and the corresponding swivel arm. <b>Managing unintentional restarts more efficiently:</b> PSENopt II lockout is quick to install. The mounting bracket is simply attached to the side of the light curtain. Handling is also straightforward: The swivel arm can be folded in front of the light curtain's field of vision as soon as the hazardous area is entered, for example, during maintenance work. An additional lock prevents the swivel arm from being readjusted. The forced interruption of the field of view means the light curtain no longer has a clear field of view, preventing it from restarting. Users save time thanks to this simple handling, increasing the availability of their machine or system. <b>Safety light curtain solution in a complete package:</b> The PSENopt II lockout accessory is compatible with Pilz's PSENopt II light curtains. Thanks to their high robustness, the PSENopt II light curtains offer protection against shock, collision, and vibration, making them suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. PSENopt II provides finger, hand, or body protection for applications up to PL e according to EN/IEC 61496-1/-2 and is available in lengths from 150 mm to 1800 mm.

Neues kompaktes Schutztürsystem PSENmgate als Komplettsystem für das sichere Zuhalten und Bedienen von Pilz - Kompakt kombinierte Sicherheit – energieeffizient zuhalten + bedienen!
The PSENmgate safety door system can be used wherever you need secure interlocking with operating elements. PSENmgate can be flexibly deployed on walk-in safety doors, as well as hoods and flaps. For example, the PSENmgate safety door system enables the secure interlocking of walk-in safety doors on a robot cell. Multiple safety doors can also be quickly and easily connected in series – with minimal wiring effort. Features of the PSENmgate safety door system: - Safety door monitoring, secure interlocking, and operating elements in one system: one housing, one connector - Ideal for all types of safety doors, even in series connection: personal protection up to PL e, Cat. 4 (EN ISO 13849-1) - Maximum tamper protection ensures uninterrupted production processes - Convenient diagnostics with 4 LEDs and diagnostic output - Robust, secure system: holding force of up to 7500 N and monitoring of bolt breakage - Protection class: IP 65

PSENmlock mini | Stark in der Zuhaltung. Klein und einfach im Einbau
With its compact dimensions of just 30 x 30 x 159 mm, the PSENmlock mini safety interlock always finds a place, even in space-constrained applications. It manages protective devices, such as flaps and hoods, via a reliable interlock for personal safety applications up to PL d, Category 3. A holding force of 1950 N (FZH) ensures high robustness, allowing the "small" safety interlock to reliably secure even higher forces. The PSENmlock mini can be mounted easily, quickly, and flexibly with just two screws, as the actuator can be mounted from the front, left, or right.

Das modulares Schutztürsystem bietet Ihnen eine individuelle Schutztürlösung, die optimal auf Ihre Applikation abgestimmt ist.
Robust Interlocking = Increased Productivity. For process protection on machines and systems, Pilz now offers the new generation PSENslock 2 in its PSENslock family of magnetic interlock safety switches. It is characterized by efficient process interlocking, even under demanding conditions: With protection classes IP67 and IP6K9K, PSENslock 2 is resistant to dust and water. The more hygienic design prevents the accumulation of dirt and dust. Thanks to flexibly mounted actuators with large contact surfaces, PSENslock 2 reliably compensates for tolerances caused by safety door misalignment or vibrations, thus ensuring high availability. Furthermore, special versions with stainless steel components are available for more hygiene-critical applications in the packaging industry. Reliable Power Package. Both individually and in series, PSENslock 2 is universally applicable for safety door protection and is designed up to the highest safety category PL e, Cat. 4 according to EN ISO 13849. The high holding force F1max of either 1,000 or 2,000 N, combined with the tamper protection of the RFID safety switch via freely selectable coding (coded, fully coded, uniquely coded), provides reliable process protection by preventing unwanted production interruptions. This increases productivity. Using the optional RFID tag, the holding force can be quickly and easily adjusted in increments to suit the specific system and the size of the safety door. This intelligent safety interlock thus increases flexibility during the design and assembly phases.

Neues Remote-I/O-Modul PDP67 PN - Flexibel dezentral automatisieren – Sicherheit inklusive
With the new PDP67 PN remote I/O module, Pilz expands its product portfolio for decentralized applications as well as field applications. Thanks to its robust design with IP67 protection, the module can be installed directly on the machine. A Profinet/Profisafe interface and universal connections, which can be configured as inputs or outputs, make the PDP67 PN particularly flexible. Since only one device variant is required, users save space and inventory costs. Decentralized I/O systems are a key component for flexible and modular automation solutions. Equipped with IP67 protection and a robust die-cast zinc housing, the new PDP67 PN remote I/O module is ideally suited for installation directly on the machine. It also ensures reliable safety outside the control cabinet at temperatures from -30°C to 70°C. Space-saving in every respect: Thanks to M12 connectors, sensors and actuators can be connected to the PDP67 module quickly and easily. Complex wiring is eliminated. This not only saves time during commissioning, but users also benefit from the easy expansion of modular production systems. Thanks to universal connections that can be configured as either inputs or outputs, users only need to keep one version of the PDP67 PN in stock. This also saves storage space. Universally applicable with Profinet/Profisafe: The new remote I/O module can be integrated into the network of Pilz's PSSuniversal 2 remote I/O system as well as any other Profinet/Profisafe network. https://www.pilz.com/de-DE/produkte/steuerungen/ea-systeme/pdp-67

Access management for your plant and machinery
Imagine a system that clearly regulates access permissions for your machines. A system that enables your employees to avoid errors through clearly defined authorization procedures. A system that eliminates the need for difficult-to-remember or haphazardly written passwords. A system that no longer requires the use of countless different keys. A system that also enables the secure selection of your machine's operating mode. All of this is now possible! The modern access authorization and operating mode selection system PITmode combines security and safety functions in a single system. It is used in all systems and machines where different access rights and functionally safe operating modes are required. Both functions require comprehensive, tamper-proof authorization management.
