The unique 14mm uniform T-slot for all aluminum extrusion || Robotunits offers a system that will meet your highest expectations. The key element of the Modular Automation System is a unique extrusion technology, available in 40mm and 50mm size systems, which are fully compatible with each other and all other components. They utilize one slot size that allows new dimensions in design and assembly speed.
Safety Fence System
The easily constructed Safety Fence System || The demands for safety devices for the protection of people and machines have never be as tough as they are today. Production requirements that change at an increasingly rapid rate, as well as constant enlargements and adaptations require both flexible and time-saving safety systems. There is nothing as straightforward and as safe as the Robotunits safety fence system: completely prefabricated safety fence elements are ordered and can be easily and quickly assembled by just one person.
Modular Belt Conveyor
The conveyor for industrial application: Straight lines, curves and inclines with just one drive || Robotunits has developed a unique service-friendly Modular Belt Conveyor belt, for use in harsh conditions, transport of cut parts and for heavy loads. With this technology extremely flexible conveyor lines can be created, that are wider, longer and with the proper selection of belt. Straight, curved and gradients can be combined to user-defined sizes. For customers, this means not only is there high flexibility but also large energy-saving potential. This is also reinforced by the Robotunits developed reverse-drive, due to the reduced engine performance that is required.
Timing belt conveyor
Precise and durable in every situation || For the transport of bulky and heavy parts, Robotunits offers the C4T and C8T timing belt conveyor. Standard lengths up to 12 m are available. For this conveyor we use a special, self tracking timing belt that better withstands lateral forces than conventional belt. Parts are conveyor safely and smoothly since any interfering edges are removed. With the Robotunits Timing Belt Conveyor indexing and positioning applications are easily implemented. By using a connecting shaft, multiple line layouts can be implemented conveniently and economically. Robotunits offers a wide range of different belt surfaces and profiles.
Just-In-Time Belt Conveyor System
Fastest delivery and highest quality || The main focus of the Robotunits technology is to offer quicker, more flexible and more intelligent solutions. This is true in particular for the Robotunits Conveyors. The range includes high performance conveyors with a wide range of belt properties with or without cleats in different shapes and sizes. Accumulating, vacuum or magnetic conveyors and custom conveyors outside of the standard dimensions are also available by special order. The Belt Conveyor System is seamlessly integrated into the Modular Automation System.
The plug-and-play Powered Roller Conveyor System
Customized and ready for immediate use || No matter the direction: With the Robotunits 24V Powered Roller Conveyor, your goods will be transported gently according to your individual requirements. Our multi-faceted system is ideally suited for zero-pressure accumulation conveying of goods, boxes or other containers in industrial applications. Thanks to pre-installed control electronics, the Powered Roller Conveyor can be used immediately.
