Functional Handles
The MG-x-T2x machine handles are functional handles made of natural-colored anodized aluminum and handle legs made of black plastic. The profile was specially designed to integrate additional functions in the installation of electronic assemblies. The MG-x-T2x series is equipped with two integrated electronic buttons with short-circuit-proof output drivers and a green feedback LED. Contactors can be operated with the integrated semiconductor power drivers without a coupling relay. The buttons are debounced via software and have a minimum duty cycle of 200ms. The connection to the supply voltage (24VDC) is made via a 5m cable with an M12 connector or with an open end. The polycarbonate diffuser, specially developed for LED applications, ensures a homogeneous Luminous surface with high efficiency.
Machine Lights
The machine light allows for compact dimensions easy mechanical integration into machines without significantly restricting the space available. A simple electrical installation will be carried over directly to 24 V DC M12 Connector systems. The LC-types have a 5 m PUR / PVC cabel with open end. With a robust aluminum housing and a weatherproof, UV resistant and crystal clear polyurethane casting, the LED light from the environment and numerous chemicals such as alkalis, acids and oils, is protected. The highly efficient LED produce a wide beam angle of 100° and a flicker-free light in the usual daylight quality. The Series ML-x-UF are available in 5 sizes. Signal Lighs
The SL-x-TRIO IOLINK signal lights series is designed for frontal mounting with two M6 hexagon socket head cap screws (DIN ISO 4762). As a result, these signal lights can be integrated with ease in profile systems with a T-slot. The sturdy aluminium housing and shockresistant polycarbonate optic can withstand severe industrial conditions. Specially developed for LED applications, the polycarbonate diffusor ensures a homogeneous lightemitting surface and a high degree of efficiency. With an IO link interface, these intelligent signal lights ensure that you know how your transducer is functioning at all times. Conventional manual function tests (lamp tests) are dispensed with. In addition, you can parameterise the colours and signal functions and the frequency and tone intervals of the integrated piezo buzzer at any time for these signal lights via 0the IO link interface

Status-Lights
The STL-x-60R-RGBW series status lights are universal tube lights made of impact-resistant and shatterproof polycarbonate. The high degree of diffusion offers very good glare control and generates a homogeneous light area. The status lights can be rotated almost 350° wich makes it easier to align with objects. The status lights are operated with a supply voltage of 24 V DC. The connection to the supply voltage is implemented via a 4-pin M12 sensor connector. This allows eight status states to be encoded (with the OFF state).
Tunable and dimmable Workplace Illunination
Workplace lights from the AL-X-ERGO series are designed for integration into industrial system workstations. They are robust and designed for the environment in production facilities, workshops and factories. High demands on light quality during assembly work and visual inspections require glare-free work light, a high light color rendering index (Ra) for natural colors, adjustable brightness and adjustable color temperature for fatigue-free work adapted to the application. Excellent glare control is achieved through intelligent lighting and integrated diffusers. The brightness can be dimmed from 0...100% and the color temperature can be optimally adjusted to the application at any time in the range of 2700K...6500K via a front control panel.
Machine function handle with IO-LINK
Machine handles of the MG-x-Tx-TRIO IOLINK series are made of natural-colored anodized aluminum and handle legs are made of black powder-coated aluminum. The profile was specially designed for the installation of electronic assemblies to integrate additional functions. The polycarbonate diffuser, specially developed for LED applications, ensures a homogeneous signal surface for feedback and signal LEDs. The function handles also provide additional self-diagnosis functions. The self-diagnosis includes continuous monitoring of the signal surface LEDs, monitoring of the function of the buzzer, overtemperature and its logging. In the event of an error, an error event is output via IO-Link, which can be taken into account in the higher-level controller. An operating hours counter and error event counter complement the diagnostics, which can be accessed at any time via IO-Link. This enables new, predictive repair and maintenance concepts. In addition, you can parameterize the signal lights in a variety of colors and signal functions, as well as the frequency and tone intervals of the integrated piezo buzzer via the IO-Link interface at any time. The connection is made on the back of any IO-Link master via a 5m PVC / PVC cable with an open end or an M8 connector.

System profile workplace lights
Workstation luminaires of the AL-X-5×00 series are designed for integration into industrial system workstations. They are robust and developed for installation in profile systems in production facilities, workshops, and factories. High demands on light quality during assembly work and visual inspections require glare-free work light and a high light color rendering index (Ra >90, typically 95) for naturally luminous colors. Intelligent light control and two integrated light diffusors achieves excellent glare control. The brightness can be optimally adjusted from 5 to 100% to suit the application at any time via a front control panel with LED display. An integrated cut-off angle directs the light cone where light is needed: the table work surface as well as the rear wall with possible work equipment, tools, or handles. The GST18i3 connector systems with through-wiring offer versatile connection options.

Human Machine Interfaces
uHMIs are compact control and signal devices, designed to controll machines and systems in an industrial environment. Power contactors can be operated with the integrated semiconductor power drivers without a coupling relay. The buttons are debounced via software and have a minimum duty cycle of 200ms. With a robust, powder-coated aluminum housing and fully encapsulated electronics, the control units are protected from environmental influences such as liquids and numerous chemicals such as alkalis, acids and oils. Of course, the polyester front foil also has a very high chemical resistance (DIN 42 115). The connection to the supply voltage is made via a 5-pole or 8-pole PVC / PVC cable with a length of 5m. Other front foil symbols can be offered on request.

LED-Ampel
Signal lamps of the series SL-x-Ampel can, because of the compact dimensions, be positioned very close to an object. The signal message is thus easier to locate. With fully encapsulated electronics unit and an impact resistant windshield the LED spots are protected from influences in industrial environments. For example, the series SL-x-Ampel can be mounted directly within a machine cell, so that the complete machine cell lights in the respective signal colour.
