Excellence in industrial interaction. The Schubert System Elektronik GmbH stands for more than 50 years of experience in developing industrial computer systems. - from sensor to cloud, hardware and software, assemblies and complete solutions.
At our headquarters in Neuhausen ob Eck (Baden-Wurttemberg) and our software lab in Deggendorf (Bavaria, Germany) we develop and manufacture standard and customized products for different sectors: mechanical engineering, automation, medical engineering and more.
As part of the Gerhard Schubert group of comanies based in Crailsheim we belong to a globally active family enterprise with more than 1500 employees.

Prime Box Pico
The Prime Box Pico is one of the smallest box PCs in the industrial environment. Thanks to its compact design, the Prime Box Pico fits easily into many situations. The robust system design ensures high reliability and operational safety. Equipped with an Intel Atom x7-E3950 processor, up to 8 GB DDR3L RAM, mSATA SSD and a PCIE full-size expansion slot, the Prime Box Pico is capable of edge computing. The Box IPCs are available for 10 years in form, fit and function and include a warranty of 36 months.
Prime Box Performance
The Prime Box Performance is ideally equipped for handling and processing complex data. Thanks to the robust memory architecture and the comprehensive selection of x86 processors and other components, the Prime Box Performance can be used optimally for complex tasks such as a machine server with virtual machine. Supports Intel 8th & 9th generation Core i3 / i5 / i7 / Celeron, LGA1151 socket, up to 64 GB DDR4-2666 RAM, up to 2x 2.5" SSD, m.2 SSD and CFast slot and mPCIE full-size and PCIe x16 expansion slot. Hardware and software can be individually expanded. Corporate design adaptations are also possible. It is available in form, fit and function for 10 years with a 36-month warranty.

Prime Extend
With Prime Extend, we offer a technology for remote visualization systems and operating units up to 100 m away. Image and operating data are transmitted securely and without delay. The Prime Extend solution can be integrated into existing infrastructures independently of the operating system or software drivers. Simply connect the IPC's display port and USB 2.0 to the Prime Extend DP. Connect the Prime Panel Extend with a CAT 7 Ethernet cable and use the touch monitor as a display and operating unit as well as up to two additional USB devices on the Prime Panel Extend. Prime Extend DX TP and RX TP are available with a 36-month warranty.
Individual software solutions for the hardware
With Prime OS we develop specialized operating systems for our hardware. These are optimized for various application scenarios and are available for HMI, virtualization or container applications. Prime OS can be put together and configured to suit your requirements, right up to a completely customized solution.

The Prime Box Connect is the ideal edge computer and enables high connectivity in a compact form. Various expansion options are available and the IPC offers a wide range of mounting options.

With two versions of our desktop power supplies 72 W and 150 W and the mounting adapters for support arm systems 110 mm and 125 mm, we offer the perfect solution for various requirements.
Industrial Displays
We implement display solutions for the various requirements in industrial environments such as plant and mechanical engineering, food & beverage, measurement and testing technology, medical technology, etc. Our product portfolio includes: TFT, OLED, ePaper and LCD.
Touch sensors
Touch screens are now an indispensable part of everyday life. Capacitive and resistive touch sensors can be used in rough, dirt-prone industrial and outdoor environments thanks to their robust design. Which system is preferred depends on the area of application. If a display is to be used outdoors, the decision will probably fall on a capacitive touch sensor, as this can be installed behind a scratch-resistant pane. Resistive touch sensors are less sensitive to EMI (electromagnetic interference), which makes them more reliable in areas of application with increased EMI exposure. On request, we can create optimal recognition in our customers' corporate design through shape, color and logo printing.
Embedded moduls
We develop and produce our own computer-based hardware and software and also work with selected partners worldwide for standard products. For simpler control and monitoring tasks, we have been developing on the basis of STM32 microcontrollers for decades and have modularized hardware and software components for this purpose. Our range is constantly being expanded and current single board computers are based on the latest ARM64 architecture from NXP and x86 technology from Intel. We therefore offer a perfect platform solution for the fast and efficient implementation of customer-specific product ideas in appropriate quantities in industrial quality, with great consideration for increasing security requirements.
