The modular multi-axis servo system combines the highest power density and modern controller performance in one highly compact housing. The flexible system also convinces with fast, toolless module connection and single-cable technology, as well as numerous Safety functions.

S-DIAS
Control and I/O system in pocket format S-DIAS combines the highest package density with high performance, mechanical stability and comfortable handling. Up to 20 channels are packed into one I/O module. The right DIN rail module is available for any automation task. CPU, motion and Safety modules (TÜV certified) are also obtainable in S-DIAS format.

S-DIAS Safety
Fully integrated or stand-alone Thin, flexible and cost-optimized – that is the S-DIAS Safety system. The modular Safety solution for the DIN rail consists of a Safety controller (SCP), which monitors or controls the application and the corresponding Safe I/O modules.

Remote Access
Access machines and systems remotely – worldwide: With the Remote Access Platform or RAP, SIGMATEK has already been offering a secure, web-based option for remote services for some time. Whether monitoring, remote maintenance, debugging, initial start-up, software updates or data insights ... using the cloud platform that allows safe access (VPN) 24/7, manufacturers can maximize the efficiency of their machines and systems.

Engineering Tool LASAL
With the Engineering Platform LASAL, you are provided with an integrated and user-friendly tool set for all phases of machine design: project development, control programming (CLASS) visualization (SCREEN and web-based with LASAL VISUDesigner), motion control (MOTION), Safety (SAFETY), simulation, initial start-up, service, diagnostics and remote maintenance (SERVICE) of the machine and system in the field. LASAL combines object-oriented programming (IEC 61131-3 standard) with graphic representation and makes mechatronic engineering possible: Real machine components can be represented by software objects. With the extensive LASAL Libraries, you can get quickly and easily to your application software. In the approach of Industry 4.0 and Smart Factories, the LASAL Machine Manager has the data flow for distributed intelligences in multi-CPU concepts firmly under control. In addition, the LASAL OPC UA Server enables manufacturer- and platform-independent data exchange directly on the controller.

AC Drives FDD 3000
With the AC drives of the FDD 3000 series you can optimize your production process. Economical asynchronous motors can be precisely controlled with the low voltage AC drives. Thus, your motion application becomes more efficient and you save energy at the same time. The compact devices are available in 7 sizes. The 1- or 3-phase AC drives cover a power range from 0.37 to 90 kW. With an overload capacity of up to 180 %, the FDD 3000s are ideally suited for applications with short-term high torque requirements.

Digital Twin in LASAL
The LASAL software development environment from SIGMATEK supports model-based development and virtual commissioning with the Digital Twin. In this process, together with 3D models of the mechanics, a complete digital twin is created for the physics-based 3D simulation. It acts as a valid basis for the detailed software development, electrical planning and design of a machine or plant. This makes it possible to virtually represent, simulate, test and validate all development steps from planning to commissioning - whether individual machine functions or complete systems.

X-DIAS: I/O Electronics for Wiring Boards
I/O Electronics for Customized Circuit Boards The X-DIAS I/O system expands the established S-DIAS automation system in the customer-specific printed circuit board (PCB) design. As a series machine builder with medium and high volumes, you can flexibly integrate X-DIAS into your individual circuit boards, saving wiring time and costs. The new modular I/O series is based on the proven S-DIAS system, so it is just as robust and vibration-resistant. At 12.5 x 102 x 63 mm, the X-DIAS modules are even more compact in terms of depth. • Functionally optimized for wiring boards • Save wiring time, minimize mistakes • Easy integration • Cost-optimized communication • Convenient Engineering

Precise Drive Control with Absolute Encoder: DC 064 & DC 104
The powerful DC 064 and DC 104 servo drive modules with universal encoder extend the motion line of the S-DIAS series from SIGMATEK. Positioning tasks can thus be carried out very precisely and quickly. With 10 A continuous or 20 A peak current at 48 V, the DC 104 double-module variant achieves an output of up to 480 W – and that within a width of only 25 mm without an additional fan module. The single-disc module DC 064 is the right choice for applications with up to 6 A continuous and 15 A peak current at 48 V DC. A universal encoder interface is available for precise position feedback, which also enables the connection of absolute encoders (SSI, EnDAT2.2, BiSS-C P2P, Sanyo Denki, Tamagawa, incremental encoder with/without Hall encoder). The integrated motor temperature sensor input ensures that the maximum threshold value is not exceeded – otherwise the output stage is switched off. A +24 V DC output allows simple control of a holding brake. It is also possible to connect an external braking resistor, which ensures additional flexibility. The two-channel enable input interface (+24 V/3.2 mA/0.5 ms) can be used to activate the Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function, which fulfills SIL 3, Cat. 4, PL e according to EN 13849-1/2. Precise and Dynamic: Stepper Motor Output Stage with Closed Loop ST 152
With the ST 152, SIGMATEK is expanding its S-DIAS Motion line with a high-performance stepper motor output stage for DIN rails. It is designed to control two-phase stepper motors with a nominal voltage of up to 50 V DC and a continuous current of 5 A. The compact module offers closed-loop control with incremental encoder feedback. With this advanced feedback, more efficient operation is ensured by continuously monitoring the motor's actual position and correcting deviations in real time. This results in higher precision, higher speed and higher acceleration, even in demanding applications. The module also offers high performance in open-loop mode (without encoder). It supports microstepping with up to 256 microsteps per full step, ensuring particularly smooth and precise motor operation. The integrated voltage PWM mode chopper ensures quiet operation at low speeds, which is ideal for 3D printing, for example. The sensorless, load-dependent motor current control based on back electromotive force (EMF) significantly increases the energy efficiency of stepper motors, reduces the motor temperature and thus saves operating costs. A two-channel enable input is available for the safety function Safe Torque Off (SIL 3, PL e), which safely transfers the system to a torque-free state if necessary. Two digital inputs (+24 V DC) with an input delay of 10 µs are available for limit switches, position latch or reference runs. The stepper motor output stage is conveniently parameterized in the control application. A large selection of ready-made motion modules is available in the drive library of the LASAL engineering tool. This simplifies and accelerates application development.
