Embedded computers used in these high-performance applications must be extremely compact and robust. The Spectra PowerBox 530 series box PCs meet these requirements and are the ultimate solution for high-performance computing applications in limited space. Equipped with 14th generation Intel® processors (Raptor Lake) with up to 24 cores, they are state-of-the-art. NVIDIA RTX A4500 MXM graphics cards are used for excellent GPU performance, offering high graphics performance with low space requirements thanks to Ampere architecture, modern core technology and PCIe Gen4. The Spectra PowerBox 530 has two native Gigabit LAN ports. Expansion modules can be used to add four more 1 Gigabit or two super-fast 10 Gigabit LAN ports. Eight USB3.2 ports with 5 - 20 Gbps also ensure perfect connectivity. Up to 8 x COM, HDMI, DisplayPort and VGA as well as optional digital I/O and Power-over-Ethernet round off the range of versatile, individually configurable interfaces. Measuring just 260 x 200 x 85 mm, the Spectra PowerBox 530 requires less space than a DIN A4 sheet of paper. Thanks to its low height, it is also suitable for confined installation situations. The innovative cooling design improves system cooling with two independent heat pipe channels for the CPU and GPU in the solid aluminium housing cover with cooling fins. Last but not least, the Spectra PowerBox 530 can be easily integrated into existing IT and software environments thanks to the pre-installed Windows operating system – especially in Windows-based infrastructures, which are common in many companies.

Spectra PowerTwin Series
PANEL PC OR MONITOR: READY TO RUN User-friendly, industry-oriented, resource-efficient, repair- and maintenance-friendly: this describes the panel PCs and monitors of the Spectra PowerTwin series. The models are characterized by a modular design that supports individual assembly for different application scenarios in the industrial environment. They are based on a modular principle in which the two main components of a panel PC or monitor - the display and the system unit (PC or monitor module) - are designed as independent logical units. All components are compatible with each other and can be combined via a uniform plug-in connection system. Only the desired system unit has to be plugged into the display in the selected size and an individually assembled panel PC is "ready-to-run". The modular design guarantees problem-free, cost-efficient adaptation at any time. The very wide display selection includes display diagonals from 8.4" to 24" in the standard version. Sunreadable versions with UV-resistant H7 tempered glass are available in 8" to 19". Additional widescreen variants from 15" to 24" complete the range. The operating technology can also be chosen between multi-touch, analog resistive or without touch. The PC modules of the Spectra PowerTwin series offer a wide selection of processors, ranging from Intel® Atom™ to Core™ i of the 9th generation. In all variants, operation is fanless. All models are designed for use as operating and control platforms in industrial environments and guarantee reliable operation even under high mechanical and thermal environmental influences. The PowerTwin series is also suitable for industrial use due to its wide range voltage input from 9 to 48 VDC and the robust IP65 front.

UniStream Series
HMI AND SPS IN ONE For system integrators, compact all-in-one controllers offer a particularly convenient way to implement interactive control tasks. If the appropriate programming software is also included in the package, implementing the tasks is particularly easy. The All-in-One controllers of the UniStream series combine a touch display and the controller as well as numerous combinations of analog and digital inputs and outputs in a compact housing. Diagonals of 5", 7" and 10" are available for the touch displays. A highlight is the modern, user-friendly, graphically oriented programming software UniLogic® Studio, which is included free of charge with the purchase. This software package is used to program both the HMI and the controller. This considerably reduces both the purchase costs and the programming effort. If the number of integrated I/Os is not sufficient, it can be expanded via Ethernet to a total of 2,048 remote I/Os. Additional fieldbus components from other manufacturers are easily integrated via Modbus RTU/TCP or CANopen. A special feature of the UniStream series is the support of the MQTT protocol, with which messages can be both published and subscribed to. This facilitates the way into the cloud. Furthermore SNMP, VNC, FTP, SMS, e-mail and communication via GSM/GPRS modem are supported. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Industrielle Ethernet Switches

Ethernet I/O Module
Intelligent Ethernet I/O modules In industrial automation, building management systems and IoT environments, the requirements for reliability, flexibility and precise control are constantly increasing. Systems must be able to efficiently capture, process and control digital and analog signals in increasingly complex network infrastructures. The ET-2200 series has been developed to fulfill these challenges. These Ethernet-based I/O modules offer a wide range of digital and analog inputs and outputs. With support for ModbusTCP, MQTT and SNMP communication protocols, the ET-2200 series can be easily integrated into existing HMI, SCADA and PLC systems. The built-in Ethernet switch with two ports allows you to easily set up a daisy-chain topology. This means that several modules can be installed in a distribution cabinet without an additional switch. This significantly reduces cabling effort and costs. Advanced functions such as dual watchdog, PWM support and frequency measurement ensure high operational reliability and precision in control tasks. A particular strength of the ET-2200 series is the LAN bypass functionality, which maintains network connectivity even in the event of a power failure, which is essential for critical applications. As a special function, the ET-2200 series offers the “I/O Pair Connection”, with which a “digital” mirror can be realized in no time at all. This allows the information of a digital input from one module to be mirrored directly to a digital output of another module. This allows you to configure devices quickly and efficiently, so no additional controller is required.

Spectra PowerBox 320

Spectra PowerBox 3000E
Compact and flexible embedded PC at the highest level Every application in mechanical and plant engineering is different and often requires a compact and flexible embedded PC. The embedded PCs in the Spectra PowerBox 3000 series have been meeting these requirements since the first generation. In the current generation of the Spectra PowerBox 3000E series, Comet Lake processors are used in conjunction with the Intel® W480E chipset.
