Since the 1960s we also manufacture conveyor and protection systems. Apart from our innovative power, our success is based on the superb quality of our products. UNIFLEX ADVANCED 1250 QUICKTRAX®/EASYTRAX® 0250
Our classics in new small size – fast and compact for small cable packages. Actually, we don’t need to introduce these series anymore, since they are some of our most popu- lar cable carriers. These next generation plastic cable carriers are well-known, amongst others, for their diversity, quality and long service life. We have now added a new family member to each product family – namely “little sisters”, which are especially compact versions for small installation spaces. UNIFLEX Advanced 1250 closes a still open gap, because now the UNIFLEX Advanced series covers all sizes from its predecessor series. But that’s not all! It is more stable than its prede- cessor model and can substitute it 1:1 – without any changes to the machine, as, conveniently, dimensions and connections have been retained. The stable and closed design of this cable carrier is standard when it comes to guiding hydraulic hoses. It is especially suitable for applications e.g. lifts or vehicle conveyors. You may also know our series EasyTrax® and QuickTrax® as „quick opener”: Each of them is designed for fast opening and thus reduces costs for repair and maintenance. EasyTrax® allows an extremely fast cable laying by simply pressing cables and hoses into its flexible lamella crossbars. QuickTrax® cable carriers have 2K crossbars with film hinges that open almost by themselves when the release mechanism is slightly pressed. This makes cable laying and substitution particularly easy. UA1775 | ALLROUNDER IN NEW SIZE 1. Smallest bending radius for cable carriers of this size 2. Connections made of high-strength plastic for direct screw connection 3. Wear-monitored glide shoes available for ALL stay variants In addition to more generous dimensions, the UA1775 convinces with its particularly smooth running and its long service life. The low-distortion design ensures for stable chain bodies and thus less wear. A bonus for the environment: we manufacture this cable carrier with up to 35% of regrind! Proven and popular - the well-known quick-opening system. No need to say that we have retained this feature for the new size. It allows quick, easy and time-saving cable laying. Merely two movements and a screwdriver – that is all you need. Particularly convenient: Even when open, the crossbar remains attached to the chain link. And if necessary, it can easily be removed by unscrewing. The UA1755 can be ordered by meter ex stock or as ready-to-install system. Cable carrier ROBOTRAX R140X
R140X | 3D movements in new dimensions 1. Chain link 2. Stay 3. Divider With an outside diameter of 140 mm, the R140X is quite spacious and easily accommodates numerous cables and hoses (up to 42 mm diameter) in its 3 chambers. Extremely convenient and comfortable: Swiveling brackets with snap locks make it easy to open and safely close the cable carrier – without any tools! Another benefit is hidden inside: A divider module helps to horizontally and vertically subdivide the chambers – for precisely separating cables and hoses. Similar to the other sizes the chambers are locked in place through a tensioning and clamping piece and the integrated force-transmitting steel cable. The R140X is also available in flame-retardant material V0 for applications in special environment. This allows for instance the application in welding robots. Upon request, the cable carrier is available as ready-to-install system. Very quiet thanks to internal noise damping system The UAT1555 cable carrier provides outstanding protection for the routed cables and hoses. It has been developed for harsh environmental conditions with chips, dirt and dust and effectively prevents foreign bodies from entering the cable space. The optimized geometry of the chain links makes the carrier very stable, with a large unsupported length. The integrated damping system makes it very quiet. The carrier series is not just remarkable for its technical attributes, but also for its visual design, with its impressive style and functionality. For example, the almost completely smooth side band contour of the individual chain links presents hardly any gap through which foreign bodies could penetrate. With the UMB connectors you can connect the UAT1555 easily from above, from below or at the front. The optional C-rails and LineFix saddle-type clamps allow the cables to be fixed securely and simply. PULL BACK UNIT FOR ROBOTRAX® 3D CABLE CARRIERS
Protect the cable carrier and cables effectively: The active return mechanism ensures that the cable carrier is safely guided and deposited. With fast movement sequences and large work envelopes, the relatively long carriers knock against the robot arm. The repeated impact significantly reduces the service life of the cable carrier and the cables within, and the entire system can fail. Downtimes cause high costs and problems in the manufacturing process – so they have to be avoided. PBU is available for new robots, regardless of size, manufacturer, type or for a wide range of applications, as well as retrofits and upgrades for existing workcells. It can be mounted vertically, horizontally or upside down. CONDITION MONITORING FOR THE CONTROL CABINET
Better safe than sorry – this is also true for cable carrier systems. Good (to know) that we have developed something for you… Are you the one responsible for trouble-free operations of machines and systems? Then let us take some weight off your shoulders. Because our new Condition Monitoring System does not only monitor the wear on gliding shoes of diverse cable carrier types and the push/pull forces on long travel lengths, it can also take on another additional task: You can keep an eye on the wear outside the cable carrier without any additional cables inside the cable carrier. The condition sensors are integrated into the guiding channel or alternatively into the driver sledge, so that the inner widths of the cable carrier can still be used without any limitations. Since every machine is different, you can program the systems to your needs and different applications and set the limits individually. Free switching outputs are also available for connecting the monitoring system with your own machine or systems control unit. So, what is your benefit as a customer? Well, first of all, you can sleep more soundly – because our Condition Monitoring Systems helps you to have the cable carrier system always in view and under control. You can prevent downtimes of systems and machines, if maintenance work is carried out at an early stage and as scheduled – the keyword is predictive maintenance. All this saves you time and money. UNIFLEX ADVANCED 1995
Our proven all-rounder has grown even bigger – even more height, even more width and multiple possibilities to open it. The new UA1995 continues the success story of the UNIFLEX Advanced series – according to the motto “think big”! Because this time we have thought in large dimension indeed and have created plenty of space for all kinds of cables and hoses. This is our response to our customers needs: After all, modern machines provide more integrated features while improving their output. This means also growing requirements for both – cables and cable carriers. With its extra space, the UA1995 is well prepared for future tasks in the machine tool industry – on a global scale. The four-part chain links can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner and are very easy to install on site. Speaking about installation: For a quick an easy cable laying, we offer UA1995 in an additional version that can be opened on both sides. In general, the cable carrier is easy to handle. Additional features are that it is also particularly smooth-running and low-wear – truly a real all-rounder! Last not least, we have of course considered environmental aspects as well. By using up to 35 % of pure regrind, the UA1995 is particularly sustainable. ISO cleanroom class 1 certified cleanroom flat cable system for the semiconductor industry and medical technology The flat cable system is wear-resistant with low vibrations to keep the quantity of airborne particles to a minimum. The background: TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP uses materials with an extremely low coefficient of friction for this product. The combination of highly wear-resistant cables, hoses and carrier elements ensures extremely low dust generation as well as an extended service life: Users can benefit from a long service life of over 10 million cycles. The CLEANVEYOR® is certified to ISO cleanroom class 1 and therefore the ideal product for use in production and testing facilities for semiconductors, LEDs and OLEDs. But it is also a good choice for production systems in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The wide temperature range from -10 °C to +80 °C additionally expands the area of application. The CLEANVEYOR® is suitable for applications with travel lengths of up to three meters and speeds of up to two meters per second. Special carrier elements are the “backbone” of the solution. These were developed based on the know-how of TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP in the field of hose and cable carrier systems. As the chain-based mechanism only bends in one direction in the defined bending radius, it remains reliably on the track. Flat cable system for cleanrooms certified to ISO cleanroom class 2 For manufacturing processes in hygiene-sensitive industries, a particularly low-contaminate environment and technical cleanliness must be ensured. The FLATVEYOR® flat cable system is designed especially for the high requirements of the semiconductor, medical technology, biosciences and pharmaceutical industries. The FLATVEYOR® is a flat cable system in accordance with ISO cleanroom class 2 and a temperature range from -10 °C to +80 °C. The internal support elements allow travel lengths of up to 3 meters and speeds of up to 2 m/s. The support elements act as reliable guides which can be moved in one direction along the intended bending radius, ensuring reliable guiding of cables and hoses. For smooth running, the system moves along the minimum bending radius of the cables, while a small pitch reduces noise and vibrations during operation. This results in a noise level below 38 dB(A). The independent structure prevents the breaking of cables and hoses. The design is particularly space saving and lightweight; the system can easily be integrated into systems. Overall, this solution allows for reduced dust and noise generation in cleanrooms, contributing to lowering total costs. Flat cable systems are often used in cleanrooms because they cause almost no unwanted contaminates and dust. These solutions, however, cause problems such as sagging or unwanted movements, in particular for travel lengths over 500 mm.
