As part of the Baumer Group, visicontrol has been developing and supplying customized inspection and sorting systems for automated quality assurance in serial production for many years.

Tread Inspection
Für die Gewindekontrolle hat visicontrol eine weitere innovative Prüflösung mittels multipler Bildfolge entwickelt. Dort wo heute Zeilenkameras Außenflächen und Gewinde mit hohem Aufwand und Kosten prüfen, hat visicontrol mit herkömmlichen Kameras und Standardoptiken eine weit fortschrittlichere Methode entwickelt.
Lateral Surface Inspection
Das Verfahren ermöglicht es Prüfaufgaben von Zeilenkameras auf Matrixkameras zu übertragen, ohne die systembedingten Nachteile einer Zeilenkameras zu übernehmen. In Kombination mit dem neu entwickelten Bildverarbeitungssystem MVS-70 und der innovativen Beleuchtungssteuerung LC-70 erreicht das System eine nie dagewesene Präzision und Geschwindigkeit. Mit 180 Bilder/sec. und gleichzeitiger Auswertung erreichen wir maximale Geschwindigkeit und Präzision bei Oberflächenprüfungen
