Production Manager (m/f/d) | Full-time
For our production department in Schaan (Liechtenstein), we are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who takes ownership and maintains a high level of presence in day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 35 production employees, supporting them closely in daily operations while ensuring production, quality, and delivery targets are consistently met. You will independently drive optimization and efficiency initiatives across production processes in close collaboration with site management, engineering, and quality.
