Your responsibilities – customer focus & technical sales
- Existing customer management: maintaining and developing existing customer relationships in Germany, Austria and Switzerland through regular visits and strategic support
- New customer acquisition: identifying market potential, acquiring new customers and supporting projects through to successful completion
- Solution-oriented consulting: presenting the product portfolio, providing technical customer advice and preparing quotations
- Contract and price negotiations: Independent negotiations at decision-maker level
- Market and competition analysis: Monitoring technological developments, trends and competitors for targeted sales strategies
Your profile – Technology meets sales expertise
- Sales experience: Sound field service experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in the field of connector systems, electronics or electrical engineering
- Technical understanding: Understanding of technical contexts and convincing product presentation
- Strong communication skills & deal-closing orientation: Confident manner, negotiating skills and customer focus
- Independent working style: Independent, solution-oriented working style with a clear focus on goals
- Mobility: 60-80% field service in the D/A/CH region
- Languages: Very good German and good English skills for working with international partners
