Accelerate workpiece carrier
after a stop

Acceleration modules accelerate the workpiece carrier to the conveyor speed immediately after a stop process. The cycle time is reduced enormously by shortening the time between the machining cycles.
The workpiece to be processed leaves the processing station faster and the next processing cycle can start earlier.
Most efficient in combination with ASUTEC damping modules: after the soft stop, the acceleration module starts in precise coordination while the workpiece carrier is still being released.
