The Cut & Strip Family E400 processes wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables from 0.8 – 12.5 mm (0.032 – 0.49") with cross-sections from 0.14 – 16 mm² (26 – 6 AWG).

Standard applications of the Cut & Strip machine series E400 include stripping the outer jacket in several steps, as well as full and partial strips on either or both sides. It processes wires, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables, including insulation such as PVC, PUR, or Teflon. A short piece kit allows for the processing of short wires.Job creation is made easy with predefined and verified default parameters. The intuitive S.Drive software facilitates the creation of jobs and article programs. The "Quick-Run Mode" allows for immediate production with just a few clicks.The contact pressure on the belt drive feeding unit is programmable. It allows for very fine and targeted adjustments.
