MD-3000 Machine Embedded Computer

The MD-3000 series of machine embedded computers are modular industrial PCs designed for demanding applications in automation, machine vision, and edge computing. They combine high computing power, flexible expandability, and a robust design for reliable 24/7 operation in industrial environments. Equipped with the latest Intel® processor platforms, these systems offer the necessary performance for data-intensive tasks such as image processing, AI preprocessing, data acquisition, and control and visualization processes. The architecture is designed for high memory bandwidth, fast NVMe connectivity, and stable continuous operation. The modular concept allows for application-specific configuration with expandable I/O modules for serial interfaces, digital I/O, and fieldbuses, as well as PCIe expansion slots for frame grabbers, motion control, or communication cards. Multiple LAN ports, optionally with 2.5GbE, and flexible storage and SSD options facilitate easy integration into existing systems. Thanks to their robust industrial design, these systems are engineered for use in demanding environments.
