New CTi LT

Optris introduces the CTi LT pyrometer, an advanced successor to the trusted CT LT series, designed for enhanced flexibility, integration, and durability in industrial applications. Key features include a modular design with exchangeable sensing heads, ensuring easy installation, maintenance, and replacement without compromising accuracy. The new CompactPlusConnect software offers a modern interface for efficient setup, configuration, and monitoring. A standard USB interface streamlines configuration across industrial settings.

The CTi LT maintains a 22:1 optical resolution and operates in ambient temperatures up to 180°C without additional cooling. It’s ideal for measuring high-emissivity materials with a thermopile detector and an 8–14 µm spectral range. With a higher sampling frequency, the pyrometer provides fast, precise temperature tracking. It also offers multiple outputs—4–20 mA, 0–10 V, USB, RS485, ModbusTCP, EthernetTCP, Profibus DP, ProfiNet, and Ethernet/IP—ensuring seamless integration into existing control systems for real-time monitoring and reliability.
