WEGscan is an innovative solution for online monitoring of machinery and equipment, using predictive analysis to ensure a high level of operation.
WEGscan collects data such as temperature, three-axis vibration, magnetic field and other key information from the system. In developing this sensor, WEG has created and patented two innovative technologies: WEGsense and WEGsync.
For better management of industrial maintenance, WEGscan offers a cloud solution for data storage as part of WEG Motion Fleet Management, advanced analysis by a technician or specialist, and data processing by artificial intelligence for autonomous diagnosis.
This solution makes it possible to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the fleet through condition monitoring using IoT (Internet of Things) technology.
