M2Smart® HMI10
Via the “functionally safe” radio connection, the M2Smart® HMI10 makes it possible to meet the high requirements in terms of safety equipment of a machine even with a wireless operating system. Both the emergency stop button, which is obligatory in this environment, and a three-stage enabling switch are located directly on the mobile HMI device. The corresponding signals are packaged in an encrypted “data packet” and transmitted to the M2Smart® Gateway via a Black Channel using Bluetooth. The M2Smart® HMI10 is also available as a wired version with 5 meters, optionally 10 meters.
M2Smart® HMI5
In the field of safe and flexible operation of industrial plants and machines, the M2Smart®HMI5 is the optimal, mobile solution. Where stationary or wired operating systems had to be used in the past, the M2Smart® HMI5 with the associated safety components offers completely new possibilities. Via a “functionally safe” radio connection, it is possible for the first time to meet the requirements of, for example, the Machinery Directive in terms of safety equipment of a machine even with a wireless operating system. Both the emergency stop button, which is obligatory in this environment, and a three-stage enabling switch are located directly on the handheld and the corresponding signals, packaged in an encrypted “data packet”, are transmitted via Bluetooth to the M2Smart® Gateway, which takes over the transfer of the data to the machine. A major focus here is on the usability of the system.
M2Smart® Gateway
The M2Smart® Gateway is used for safe coupling with the M2Smart® HMI10 and the M2Smart® HMI5. The M2Smart® Gateway is available in different versions, so that mounting in the control cabinet as well as directly on the machine is possible without any problems.
M2Smart® HMI10 Wired
A high level of safety is required when operating industrial systems and machines. Emergency stop and enabling switches are indispensable functions in emergency situations. The wired M2Smart® HMI10 Wired offers functional safety through these components. The M2Smart® HMI10 Wired is an optimal and robust solution for industry.
M2Smart® HMI Access Point
The M2Smart® HMI Access Point enables a wireless connection between the M2Smart® HMI5 or M2Smart® HMI10 and the PLC. This allows operator and visualization data to be transmitted via WLAN or Bluetooth.
