HUB_RTU
The HUB-RTU is a consolidation module that also serves as an installation aid, allowing you to quickly and easily connect multiple Modbus RTU devices to a gateway. It’s ideal when space is limited in the control cabinet and you need to install a large number of Modbus RTU devices. Short on space in the control cabinet? Too many Modbus RTU devices and not enough interfaces on the IoT module? The HUB-RTU tidies up the cable clutter and connects up to 8 Modbus RTU devices to a single module or gateway. Clear architecture and functionality—great practical benefits. Interesting facts about the HUB-RTU Up to 8 Modbus RTU devices on a single interface (RS485) Can be retrofitted at any time Manufacturer-independent: also compatible with third-party hardware Technical details Power supply via either the RS485 interface (up to 0.75 A) or an external standard 24 V DC ± 10% power supply when multiple devices are connected Maximum cable lengths of 50 m under favorable environmental conditions RTU devices are created in siineos using their device-specific Modbus ID Termination resistor: 120 ohms

HUB-CX400
he HUB-CX400 is NOT a gateway and NOT a sensor hub; it does not capture signals from machines and sensors and deliberately has NO sensor connections. Its role lies one level above. The HUB-CX400 forms the central network and management layer above all gateways and modules in the in.hub architecture. While edge devices capture signals and generate data, the HUB-CX400 ensures that these devices are managed in a structured manner, operated in a coordinated way, and that their data is consolidated centrally. Central device management Deploy updates centrally across all your devices: This makes it easy to keep track of version statuses and configurations. Without the need for the cloud or additional server infrastructure, you can manage your entire IoT infrastructure using just ONE device. Single Point of Truth - All data from a single source All data is stored and made available in a structured format on the HUB-CX400. This creates a unified database across all gateways and modules, eliminating data silos. This makes it easy to transfer data to IT systems and server or cloud solutions. Platform for high-performance software The HUB-CX400’s superior computing and storage capabilities are ideal for computationally intensive workloads, high data throughput, and large-scale software applications. As your infrastructure grows, you can also handle AI workloads.

HUB-SIGNAL
Too many signals on the machine, but no one can tell at a glance what’s really going on? With the HUB-Signal, machine statuses become immediately visible—simple, clear, and straightforward. Whether status indicators, light signals, or simple feedback: signals from the production floor are clearly displayed on-site and made available digitally at the same time. For operators, maintenance staff, and everyone who needs to react quickly.

operating system siineos
The siineos operating system is an IIoT platform in which various IIoT applications for comprehensive machine condition monitoring can be easily implemented via plug & play. In just a few steps, machines, plants or processes can be digitized and configured, networked or managed according to your own requirements - without any programming: _ Integration of various IoT devices from in.hub or other manufacturers via OPC UA and MQTT _ Integration of sensors or actuators by means of analog and digital interfaces _ Acquisition, processing and visualization of all data on the in.hub IIoT gateways _ in the app area, apps are available for visualization, data logging, _ Machine condition monitoring, energy consumption, etc. are available in the app area _ Visualization of data on self-configured dashboards.

App MaDoW
The MaDoW app makes it possible to map and monitor the entire production process. By means of simple signals, downtimes and productive times of almost all machines and plants are recorded to the minute. The reasons for downtimes, such as breaks or repair times, are individually defined and reported for each line (machine or production lines) or station (process steps to be monitored). In addition, the MaDoW Master provides a superordinate view of all connected devices of a machine park at a glance. This generates real added value in terms of store floor and lean management.

IIoT Gateway HUB-GM200
Your IoT gateway with a powerful dual-core system and many interfaces to handle highly complex tasks such as simultaneous calculations or AI algorithms. Also on board is an M4 co-processor that can be controlled directly via our SIINEOS. Also perfect for Docker container applications. This is the HUB-GM200!

Vibration measurement module HUB-VM102
The compact HUB-VM102 is specially designed for vibration monitoring of machines and machine parts such as bearings, shafts, springs and dampers to detect both spontaneous failures as well as long-term wear. With the module, the vibration analysis of a system can be integrated into a predictive digital maintenance and service plan.

MaDoW app for productive and idle time monitoring
The MaDoW application allows the entire production process to be mapped and monitored. By means of simple signals, downtimes and productive times of almost all machines and equipment are recorded down to the minute. The reasons for downtime, such as breaks or repair times, are individually defined and reported for each line (machine or production lines) or station (process steps to be monitored). In addition, the MaDoW Master provides an overview of all connected devices in a machine park. This generates real added value in terms of shop floor and lean management.

Add-On Modul HUB-RT100 & HUB-MRT100
The HUB-RT100 and HUB-MRT100 add-on modules ensure that the SIINEOS operating system clock continues to run even in the event of a power failure. This means that the system time can be continuously retrieved. This is particularly important in locations with frequent power cuts. When using the HUB-MRT100, the most recently written process data is also stored and replayed. APPLICATION: _Continuous updating of the time even when the units are without power supply HUB-MTR100 only: contains additional memory for process data Add-on modules can be easily retrofitted to the HUB-GM series IoT gateways.

Energy monitoring HUB-EN200
The HUB-EN200 is designed for continuous measurement and of currents and voltages in 1- and 3-phase networks with neutral conductor. This makes it ideal for energy monitoring of machines and systems. The internal data acquisition, storage and processing takes place directly in the unit.

HUB-SE100
The HUB-SE100 intelligently expands existing modules and creates additional data points by connecting directly to the sensor. This allows you, for example, to digitize analog signals or capture signals before they reach the controller—whether because no free interface is available for the sensor or because you cannot access the controller. Small and easy to install, it is perfect for retrofit projects or test runs when you don’t want to interfere with the existing infrastructure.
