MaDoW app for productive and idle time monitoring

The MaDoW application allows the entire production process to be mapped and monitored. By means of simple signals, downtimes and productive times of almost all machines and equipment are recorded down to the minute. The reasons for downtime, such as breaks or repair times, are individually defined and reported for each line (machine or production lines) or station (process steps to be monitored).
In addition, the MaDoW Master provides an overview of all connected devices in a machine park. This generates real added value in terms of shop floor and lean management.
