Advantech AMAX IOs – modular snap‑in I/O power in an ultra‑compact footprint

The Advantech AMAX 5000 series is a modular slice I/O system designed for compact, high‑performance control solutions based on EtherCAT. It combines edge controllers with finely scalable I/O modules for digital, analog, and temperature signals, including communication and power supply modules. Galvanically isolated signal paths, hot‑swappable modules, and front‑side wiring simplify maintenance and system expansion during operation. The series supports deterministic real‑time communication, condition monitoring, and connectivity to higher‑level IT/IoT systems, making it ideal for flexible, cost‑optimized automation concepts. Future-proof control cabinet cooling With R290, the required amount of refrigerant is reduced by up to 75%. Even at high ambient temperatures, R290 delivers full cooling power. The inverter continuously regulates the speed of the compressor and fan, thus optimally adapting the cooling capacity to the demand. The low GWP of R290 (0.02) significantly reduces the climate impact of each individual chiller. A housing that is approximately 30% smaller saves space, reduces CO₂ emissions during transport, and minimizes vibrations. Thermal transfer color printer - Lighthouse CPM‑100

For printing individual labels and signs in high quality Using the perforated edges on the specially designed label rolls, the printer can retract the material to be printed in a controlled manner. After a quick and easy ribbon change, the next color can be printed precisely onto the label. This allows for in-house production of multi-colored labels, eliminating the need for outsourcing. Cable markers in a pad for on-site labeling
