Beckhoff Vision & Hefel Technik: Seamlessly Integrated Vision in TwinCAT The integration of Beckhoff Vision makes image processing a permanent part of the familiar control environment. Hefel Technik bridges the gap between complex vision logic and daily application by encapsulating the powerful TwinCAT Vision library into ready-to-use, intuitive function blocks. Our guiding principle, "See & Move," achieves a new level of technological depth: image data is integrated directly into the PLC logic without delay, eliminating time-consuming data transfers between separate systems. The hardware used is uncompromisingly designed for industrial requirements. High-performance cameras with 2.5 GBit LAN ensure extremely fast image transmission, while specialized vibration-resistant optics with M3 locking screws remain absolutely stable even under loads of up to 10 G. For maximum efficiency, the GigE area scan camera unit offers a turnkey solution consisting of a camera, liquid lens focusing, and lighting in a compact IP65/67 housing. Hefel Technik makes implementation particularly easy for control engineers: instead of complex programming, our specially developed interface allows for graphical parametrization via sliders, live visualization of results, and a clear tabular display of all process data. This transforms professional vision into an uncomplicated, standard tool within your TwinCAT environment.

Parker ETH
The Parker ETH electrocylinder bridges the gap between pneumatic and hydraulic drives, offering a powerful and precise solution for modern automation. Available in five sizes (032 to 125), the portfolio covers peak forces up to 114 kN. Thanks to its high power density, more compact plant designs can be realized, as a smaller size is often sufficient for the same nominal load. Compliance with the ISO 15552 standard ensures easy integration into existing systems through compatible mounting dimensions. Technically, the ETH impresses with a repeatability of up to ±0.03 mm and speeds of up to 1.7 m/s. For safety-critical environments, an ATEX-certified version for gas atmospheres is available. A key maintenance advantage is the patented lubrication port, which allows the screw nut to be relubricated while installed, minimizing downtime and significantly extending service life. The drive can be flexibly mounted in-line or in parallel and can be equipped with force sensors for precise pressing or testing processes. Parker provides the entire drive train from a single source – from the mechanics and motors to the controllers.

Parker Viking Xtreme
The Parker Viking Xtreme series offers maximum reliability for applications where standard components reach their limits. Developed for extreme cold, heat, vibrations, and aggressive cleaning processes, the series features an anodized aluminum housing and stainless steel screws. The technical core is a precision-ground aluminum spool with vulcanized nitrile rubber sealing edges, which guarantees stable sealing performance in polished guides even during significant pressure drops. Depending on the version, the valves operate within a temperature range of –40 °C to +60 °C. High flow capacities of up to 78 l/s ensure fast cycles, while generous internal channels and a 1 mm pilot bore minimize sensitivity to poor compressed air quality. The modular system offers 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3-way variants for pneumatic, electrical, or manual actuation. Thanks to smooth surfaces and available NAMUR interfaces, the series is suitable for hygienic areas as well as the process industry. Economically, Viking Xtreme excels with low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): short spool strokes reduce wear, manifold plates shorten installation time, and long-term spare parts availability ensures maximum uptime. Special models with reinforced levers also allow for safe operation while wearing work gloves.

Efficient Measuring Solutions for Rotationally Symmetrical Components Our state-of-the-art measuring machine offers an advanced solution to optimize your production processes and guarantee the highest quality standards. Specifically designed for efficient product qualification, the system is ideal for spot checks directly in production or at the technical center. The outer contour is measured with maximum precision: by using a telecentric light source and a telecentric lens, we guarantee measurement results without disruptive parallax effects. Calibration is remarkably simple and time-saving using a cylindrical reference component. The technical foundation is high-precision rotation technology utilizing a CSM series stepper motor, controlled via digital 24VDC signals. While the rotation speed is pre-parameterized, it can be flexibly adjusted to meet specific requirements. Meanwhile, an integrated pressure pin ensures exact centering and fixation of the components during the process. The measurement is designed for maximum efficiency: a complete diameter measurement is available after only half a rotation. Beyond pure diameter values, additional image processing inspections can be integrated to ensure comprehensive component quality. Thanks to a modular design and easily replaceable adapters, a wide variety of component types can be inspected with a single machine. The individually customizable user interface ensures intuitive handling and short implementation times within your production environment.
