The integration of Beckhoff Vision makes image processing a permanent part of the familiar control environment. Hefel Technik bridges the gap between complex vision logic and daily application by encapsulating the powerful TwinCAT Vision library into ready-to-use, intuitive function blocks. The hardware used is uncompromisingly designed for industrial requirements. High-performance cameras with 2.5 GBit LAN ensure extremely fast image transmission, while specialized vibration-resistant optics with M3 locking screws remain absolutely stable even under loads of up to 10 G. For maximum efficiency, the GigE area scan camera unit offers a turnkey solution consisting of a camera, liquid lens focusing, and lighting in a compact IP65/67 housing.
