We have been operating in Austria since 1969 and support our customers with around 180 employees across five locations – Vienna, Linz, Graz, Lustenau, and Celje. At these sites, we combine assembly, sales, service, and administration to provide the best possible support for the Austrian market.

- Independent processing and entry of customer orders (technical, scheduling, commercial) using SAP (CRM, R/3) - Planning orders in the in-house assembly facility and within the SEW production network - Handling order-specific purchasing from headquarters and external suppliers - Processing delivery date inquiries, order changes, and cancellations - Competent contact for customers on all order processing topics - Close collaboration with sales, service, production, logistics, purchasing, and headquarters in Germany
