Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) / Vienna
- Independent processing and entry of customer orders (technical, scheduling, commercial) using SAP (CRM, R/3)
- Planning orders in the in-house assembly facility and within the SEW production network
- Handling order-specific purchasing from headquarters and external suppliers
- Processing delivery date inquiries, order changes, and cancellations
- Competent contact for customers on all order processing topics
- Close collaboration with sales, service, production, logistics, purchasing, and headquarters in Germany
