YOUR TASKS: Advising and supporting customers in selecting optimal components, including creating customized offers. Comprehensive consulting on gripping processes, especially for integrators. Technical design and development of individual gripping systems. Analysis and optimization of existing gripping processes to increase efficiency. Planning and conducting customer workshops and training sessions on our product applications. Conducting tests and trials in our test center in Pasching. Organizing and coordinating test setups and sample deliveries. Providing technical and organizational support to the sales force and order management. Close communication with headquarters in Germany regarding technical issues and innovations. Maintaining and expanding customer relationships through regular contact. Participating in trade fairs and industry events to present our solutions and acquire new customers.
