Speziell für den hochdynamischen Einsatz in Energieführungsketten konzipiert: Das sind die Schleppkettenleitungen der Serie HELUCHAIN MULTISPEED. Die Steuer-, Anschluss- und Motorleitungen sind mit zahlreichen Leiterquerschnitten, drei unterschiedlichen Mantelmaterialien sowie in geschirmten und ungeschirmten Ausführungen erhältlich – ein umfangreicher Baukasten, aus dem Anwender für jeden Einsatzfall die optimale Leitung wählen können. Um die Schleppkettenleitungen perfekt an die jeweilige Anwendung anzupassen, haben Kunden die Wahl zwischen drei unterschiedlichen Mantelmaterialien: PVC ist beständig gegen Wasser, Säuren und Reinigungsmittel und bietet für viele Anforderungen das attraktivste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. PUR ist ölbeständig, kerbzäh und für lange Verfahrwege und hohe Beschleunigungen bestens geeignet. Für enge Biegeradien, tiefe Temperaturen sowie Outdoor- und Heavy-Duty-Anwendungen ist das leichte und widerstandsfähige TPE die ideale Wahl. Alle Leitungen sind zudem als Ausführung mit einem Schirm aus verzinntem Kupfergeflecht erhältlich, um die EMV-Eigenschaften zu verbessern. Ein Highlight der MULTISPEED-Serie ist auch der integrierte Reißfaden: Dieser ermöglicht es, die Leitungen mühelos und ohne besondere Werkzeuge abzumanteln. Ein einfacher Rundschnitt genügt, um die Adern in der gewünschten Länge freizulegen – das reduziert den Installationsaufwand und spart somit Zeit und Kosten. Auch das Risiko von beschädigten Adern, die teure Störungen und Ausfälle nach sich ziehen können, wird durch das schonende Abmanteln minimiert.

HELUCHAIN TOPSERV: Neue Servoleitungen für Energieführungsketten
Die HELUCHAIN TOPSERV 201-PVC UL/CSA und die HELUCHAIN TOPSERV 211-PUR UL/CSA sind für den Anschluss von Servomotoren in der Antriebstechnik konzipiert. Die orangenen Servoleitungen besitzen hierfür ein zusätzliches, geschirmtes Aderpaar, welches für den Temperaturregler oder die Bremse des Motors vorgesehen ist. Mit einem Mindestbiegeradius von gerade einmal 7,5 x d (Außendurchmesser) können die hochflexiblen Leitungen vor allem in dynamischen Anwendungen wie Energieführungsketten punkten. HELUCHAIN_TOPSERV_PVC_PUR Anwender können zwischen zwei Außenmantelmaterialien wählen: Das kostengünstigere PVC bietet auch bei permanenter Bewegung eine hohe Haltbarkeit. Für Einsatzfälle, in denen Ölbeständigkeit, tiefe Temperaturen oder Halogenfreiheit zu den Anforderungen zählen, ist hingegen PUR die ideale Lösung. Beide Leitungsvarianten besitzen einen Schirm mit 85 % Bedeckung und flachem Flechtwinkel, um EMV-Störungen zu vermeiden. Ein Grund für die exzellente Haltbarkeit der Leitungen ist der mit Druck extrudierte Innenmantel. Dieser füllt die Zwischenräume in der Verseilung, so dass die Adern präzise in Längsrichtung geführt werden und der hochwertige Gesamtschirm eine stabile Auflagefläche in der Biegung hat. Dadurch halten die HELUCHAIN TOPSERV-Leitungen in der Praxis problemlos Millionen von Biegezyklen stand, auch in extremen Anwendungen. Die HELUCHAIN TOPSERV 201-PVC UL/CSA und die HELUCHAIN TOPSERV 211-PUR UL/CSA sind mit Hauptadern von 1,5 bis 6 mm² Querschnitt erhältlich. Anwender erhalten damit robuste und langlebige Servoleitungen, die selbst bei anspruchsvoller Bewegung einen zuverlässigen Maschinen- und Anlagenbetrieb sicherstellen.

The IHD system comprises a backlash-free gearbox, a sophisticated servo motor, a dual motor feedback system for position measurement and a powerful motion controller in a ready-to-use drive solution. Easy integration into your application is supported not only by the drive's central hollow shaft, which is predestined to carry a variety of media, but also by our specially developed, user-friendly software solution for simple commissioning – plug and play. The system operates with DC voltages of 24V or 48V. Communication with the machine controller is possible via CANopen, Ethernet and EtherCAT.

ihD - The decentralized servo inverter with hybrid cable connection
Maximum flexibility One particular highlight of the ihD is its adaptable connection technology: the input hybrid connector can be configured to face either the rear or the top, depending on the installation. In the stand-alone version of the ihD, a 300-degree rotatable plug is also available for motor and encoder connections. This makes integration into existing machine concepts much easier, saving both space and cabling. Minimal cabling effort The distinctive feature of the decentralized ihD servo inverter is its hybrid cabling concept. A single cable transmits power, STO (Safe Torque Off), 24 volts and communication in equal measure, connecting all interlinked components using the daisy chain method. This significantly reduces installation effort. Compared to a centralized concept, it saves up to 70 percent of cabling costs. Flexible and robust The ihD is available as a stand-alone version or as motor-integrated version ihD-DT5. It offers the user a wide range of power ratings and a high degree of flexibility: with a rated current of eight amps, even a triple overload* does not push the device to its limits. This gives the user greater freedom and flexibility when it comes to designing drive axes. IJSys – Integrated Joining System – Integrated all-in-one technology with ISO interface

The ball screw drive converts the rotary motion of the integrated servomotor into linear motion, enabling standard functions such as joining to block, position and force-controlled joining, as well as movement to intermediate positions. Force measurement is performed by the strain gauge force sensor integrated in the flange, which is digitized directly in the unit. In addition to the sensor- and drive technology, the safety technology required for operation is also integrated. Safe Torque Off (STO) and a holding brake with Safe Brake Control (SBC) are available for this purpose. Correct wiring of the safety technology, a 24 VDC supply to the logic, and a 48 VDC supply to the power unit are required for operation. Communication with the joining module takes place in real time via EtherCAT. In addition to force-displacement information, control and status signals are also transmitted. In combination with maXYmos NC Type 5847C... from variant C0 onwards, all known options for process control and monitoring are available. The fieldbus slave interfaces provided enable communication with the system via PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, or EtherCAT. The Ethernet interface can be used to transfer quality data via various protocols, as well as for visualization via VNC and data backups.

Hall sensors with sine/cosine output signals enable precise detection of the rotor position for exact commutation and positioning. In combination with an external motion controller, accurate positioning movement is possible, resulting in a drive system that combines torque and maximum accuracy with a compact design.
