The WireTerminal X3100 produces pre-assembled wires for control cabinet wiring fully automatically, quickly, flexibly, and reliably. Up to 36 different wires can be processed without changeover. The wire cross-section ranges from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm². With double-crimped ferrules, the WireTerminal X3100 can achieve a cycle time of just 3 seconds. This is made possible, among other things, by the 3-station linear shuttle for simultaneous end processing.
