The MD-3000 Series machine embedded computers are modular industrial PCs designed for demanding applications in automation, machine vision, and edge computing. They combine high computing power, flexible expandability, and a robust design for reliable 24/7 continuous operation in industrial environments. Equipped with the latest Intel® processor platforms, the systems deliver the performance required for data-intensive tasks such as image processing, AI preprocessing, data acquisition, and control and visualization processes. The architecture is designed for high memory bandwidth, fast NVMe connectivity, and stable continuous load. CMAX2 is a miniature magnetic absolute encoder system with up to 20 bit resolution, designed for measuring lengths of up to 192 mm or for rotary applications with a diameter of around 61 mm. The flat housing, which is only the size of a thumbnail, houses the sensors and evaluation electronics. BOPLA has now developed a standardised high-quality stainless steel mast bracket for fitting to masts, posts, poles and pipes. Five sizes for the huge range of industrial enclosures The modular system consists of a mast bracket, a set of screws and a mast clamp. The special feature: BOPLA’s entire range of several hundred sizes and versions of industrial enclosures can be used with only five different mast bracket types. The positioning of the enclosures is not important, because fitting can be either vertical or horizontal. This flexibility is achieved by means of an intelligent arrangement of the drill hole diameters and positions, in addition to the partial use of slots. Stable mast bracket for every application The set of screws and the mast clamp are available separately. The set of screws can be supplied in three versions and combined with the mast brackets in any way required – the relevant configuration tables can be found on BOPLA’s website. The mast clamps are available in nine sizes for different mast diameters. This modularity gives the customer the exact matching system for any application. The mast bracket was designed especially for use with the Euromas and Bocube product ranges and can be adapted for other enclosure types on request.

In order to keep pace with continuous growth and create optimal conditions, investments were made in the next stage of expansion. In around a year, a well-thought-out overall concept was developed, comprising offices, storage space, underground parking and spacious communal areas. Everyone knows that attractive office space plays an important role in everyday business life, as the office atmosphere has a proven effect on the motivation and creativity of a team. ‘The well-being of our employees is our top priority. In addition to a large number of new offices, spacious lounges are also being created. The newly acquired office space of around 620 m² will significantly improve the quality of the workplace,’ reports Markus Schroll. Another highlight of the construction project is a brand-new 885 m² underground car park with electric charging stations for the company’s own H&S fleet. It goes without saying for H&S Kabeltechnik that the construction work is being carried out by companies from the surrounding area. ‘We are very satisfied with the entire implementation and would like to express our sincere thanks to all the contractors whose precise and reliable work has advanced the project.
