New console versions and a small VESA wall fitting are now part of our product range

The new BOP 7.0 PQ and BOP 10 BoPad console variants are based on the existing BOP 7.0 and BOP 10.1 BoPad enclosures, but their higher shape provides more space for the installation of electronic components. The new design has a greater angle for the operating surface, and this ensures more operating comfort. In addition, side-mounted recessed grips make it even easier to handle the BoPad enclosures. The rear panel is positioned further back, which increases the mechanical protection of the interfaces. As with all the hand-held and console enclosures in the BoPad range, the new models also have a recessed area in the lid for the integration of membrane keypads and touch screens. A polished frame creates a high-quality appearance and protects the operating surface. All BoPad enclosures provide protection class IP40 as standard. However, this can be increased to a maximum of IP65 at any time by the use of optional seals in four colours (black, white, signal red and signal blue), and also subsequently if required. All BoPad enclosures are supplied in two colours (black and white). In addition, and especially for BoPad hand-held enclosures BOPLA offers as an option coloured impact protection in black, signal yellow, signal red and signal blue. As always, BOPLA can provide special colours on request for enclosures and impact protection.

    2. New DIN rail enclosure according to DIN 43880

BOPLA’s Mathias Bünte explains, “CombiNorm-Control is especially interesting for applications in the building automation sector or in so-call smart homes. The German DIN 43380 has established itself as an international standard in this field of application.” CombiNorm-Control has a typical “T-shape” design, and the front part of the enclosure is dimensioned in such a way that it can fit through a standardised panel cut-out with a height of 45 mm. In the rear section there is assembly space on both sides for connection terminals. Of course, for a standardised enclosure system the width is also defined precisely and stated in “M” module widths (1M = 17.5 mm). CombiNorm-Control is available in five different standard widths, and more versions are planned. As with all products in the CombiNorm series, the integrated DIN rail adapter makes possible fast, efficient mounting on a TS35 DIN rail in accordance with DIN EN 60715. For a fast start to a project, BOPLA offers its customers a complete set in every size with the matching terminals and standard accessories. Although to a large extent the external enclosure design is determined by the DIN norm, the configuration can vary considerably, depending on the application. For this reason, CombiNorm-Control is mostly constructed in a modular way. The enclosure can be configured individually with the use of different front panels and terminal covers. The basic body consists of few individual components which can be latched together without the use of any tools.

    3. New NDFC gearbox series

      New NDFC gearbox series

With the new NDFC gearbox series, Neugart expands its portfolio for delta robot applications, combining cost efficiency with dependable performance. This series is designed for use cases where maximum precision is not the top priority, but reliability, robustness, and an attractive price-performance ratio are essential. Featuring an output stage from our proven precision series, the NDFC gearboxes are positioned below the NDF series while maintaining the trusted sealing concept and the dynamic, inertia-reducing clamping system on the drive side. The NDFC series includes three frame sizes (064, 090, and 110) and, with its two-stage ratios ranging from 16 to 100, covers a wide range of applications. Standard torsional backlash is less than five arcminutes and can be optimized to under three arcminutes for frame size 064 and under one arcminute for frame sizes 090 and 110. This allows users to choose precisely the level of precision required for their application, while realizing additional cost savings if the standard backlash is sufficient.
