Switch cabinet enclosure made of impact-proof polyester
All the Polysafe enclosures‘ external components are made of plastic, so they give maximum protection against corrosion. They withstand temperatures of up to 960°C and are halogen-free and self-extinguishing. In addition, a protective cover integrated in the enclosure protects the interior against moisture by preventing water from dripping inside when the door is opened. The door itself is available in two types – with and without a viewing window. It can be adjusted to open by 180° to the left or right, and can easily be disassembled if required. Internally-mounted hinges guarantee a high level of mechanical protection and stability. A reliable locking system provides protection class of up to IP66/DIN EN 60529. Various locks are available and can be exchanged at any time by the end user. The light switch cabinet enclosures are easy and quick to install. External screw channels make direct wall mounting easy. The electronics enclosures are available in 8 sizes from 300 x 250 x 140 mm up to 800 x 600 x 300 mm (L x W x H). Under normal environmental conditions, they will not require servicing for more than 10 years. They are impact resistant in accordance with test class IK10 acc. to IEC 62262. They can be supplied ex-warehouse in light grey (similar to RAL 7035) and in special colours on request. As with all BOPLA enclosures, the Polysafe series also offers a comprehensive range of accessories, including a metal stand for installation devices, mounting panels, wall brackets, safety locks and many more.

SX6 safety module – Level up Your Safety!
Safety at a new level. With the 6th generation of its drive controllers, STÖBER offers innovative solutions for the increasing demands in automation and mechanical engineering. With the SX6 safety module, all STÖBER drive controllers can be used in safety-related applications up to SIL 3, PL e (Cat. 4) in accordance with DIN 61800-5-2 and EN ISO 13849-1. The module monitors movements, reliably guides axes to safe states and can be seamlessly integrated into EtherCAT-based automation systems via the integrated Fail Safe over EtherCAT (FSoE) interface. Tailor-cut frameless motors
Frameless motors have only two main components - stator and rotor - in common with conventional motors. This is a decisive advantage when it comes to tailor-cut design and individual integration into customer-specific systems. Due to the direct integration into machines or device assemblies and the hollow shaft concept with cable, compressed air, vacuum, fiber optic and laser feedthroughs, frameless motors require very little space. At the same time, they are highly efficient and durable and run stably and reliably in quiet operation. The KOCO MOTION motors are characterized by an immediate peak torque of up to 2400 Nm, a maximum motor speed of up to 900 rpm and a high level of user-friendliness. The frameless motors are also highly precise. They are backlash-free during high-precision and high-speed operations and have an extremely high level of positioning accuracy. KOCO MOTION supports and advises on the optimal design and integration of the modularly configurable frameless motors into customer systems. Technosoft Drives with Integrated Safety
TECHNOSOFT is pleased to inform all its partners that selected products of the iPOS servo drive family now benefit from the certification for the STO (Safe Torque Off) capability. As part of the company’s effort to continually improve our product offering while meeting market demands for integrated safety, TECHNOSOFT can now propose two versions of the iPOS4808 MY family that benefit from a high degree of performance from the STO implementation point of view : SIL3 and PLe in accordance with the EN 61800-5-2 standard.The Safe Torque Off function safely validates the pulses controlling the power stage of the drive. When activated, the drive is reliably torque-free. This state is monitored internally in the drive. The STO function is implemented using simple solid state hardware for high reliability reasons. Since on the classic safety circuit the redundancy is done by 2 contactors connected in series with the motor, on the integrated STO function the redundancy is done using 2 separate STO opto-isolated inputs. If both STO inputs are in “high” state, the motor is allowed to generate torque. If at least one of the 2 STO inputs are not in “high” state, the power stage will become inactive (no pulses controlling the power stage) and the motor will be free of torque. The advantage of the integrated STO (SIL3, Cat3, PL-e) safety function compared with electromechanical safety technology based on contactors is the elimination of separate electromechanical components and the effort that would be required to wire and service them. The electrical arching is totally eliminated. The overall dimensions of the integrated STO solution are highly reduced, while the cost reduction is also very important compared to classic electromechanical technology.

TECHNOSOFT iMOT17 Intelligent Motors – Compact Designed to Maximize Power
iMOT17 designates a family of size 42 mm (NEMA17) motors with integrated electronics from TECHNOSOFT, containing: brushless motor, encoder, servo drive and motion controller – all in one compact unit. Specifically designed for applications where space is critical, the iMOT17 brushless series feature 0.1 to 0.3 Nm in a package from 64 to 98 mm (connectors oriented towards the front end reduce the product length). Product iMOT172S, embedding a step motor with integrated electronics and encoder, completes the size 42 mm intelligent motor family. The iMOT17 incorporate a single-turn absolute encoder with 4096 pulses/rotation allowing a state-of-the-art closed-loop, field-oriented control providing smooth, quiet and repeatable motion for high-end positioning applications. TECHNOSOFT intelligent motors feature simple installation and reduced EMC: only power and communication signals need cable routing as the encoder and driver are included in the motor body, while the digital I/Os (limit switches, etc.) can be connected locally. The new CPU device from SIGMATEK, the CP 931, impresses with a particularly powerful, low-loss Intel® Core i3 Tiger Lake processor.
